Fantastic experience: Gabe is a true professional who knows his job and the market. He will do everything he can to get you what you want, from the first call to the final signature. I had the pleasure to work with him when I was seeking for a new place. Quickly, he understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond my expectations. He explained to me every single step throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. He's a shark, in the most positive way. His patience, his knowledges, his communication skills, and his sense of negotiation are real assets. He's the best to find your future place! I truly recommend him and I won't hesitate to call him again in the future. Merci Gabe!

Fantastic experience: Gabe Lakatos was super professional. He really loves to get you exactly what you want. He stays on top of things like there is no tomorrow. I was looking for a place to move to, and I called Gabe. Not even 2 hours later he sent me a list of listings in an area I asked him to search for. We went to a couple showing before we got the new place. Even after we got the place he helped get the keys and helped in any way he can. He also checked up on his clients to make sure everything was good a week later. To be honest what is there not to love about Gabe Lakatos! True professional!
