It sold 6 hours after listing...the social media was launched immediately and buyers came our way. I should note: it was listed for the same price it was taken off market at. The experience was seamless! Frank is professional, clear, direct and extremely polite in his delivery. Frank is someone I will now use to bounce investments off before offers are made after seeing how educated he is in markets and human buying behaviours. We have just listed a commercial investment we are ready to sell with Frank and will continue to list investment properties with him. Fantastic experience: Can't say enough. Frank literally got me to the penny what he said my house would sell for which was great since I bought my new house first. I travel a lot for work and with a four month closing Frank offered to check in on the house if I needed. After closing my new house was left in a disgusting state. Even though I had no recourse through the contract he paid for a cleaner to come and take care of the house for me. I'll call him next time I sell.
