Negative experience: We had an unfortunate experience with RYAN EMMOTT as our realtor. He initially provided us with incorrect information regarding a property, which created confusion and ultimately led to wasted time. Additionally, after scheduling a viewing appointment, he cancelled at the last minute without offering a sincere apology. Rather than taking responsibility, he chose to shift the blame onto us. This level of professionalism was disappointing and fell short of our expectations. We hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future client interactions.

I met with her at a condo I was interested in and she let me view it. The agents name was Mona Smeir and from the first time I met her I knew she was the agent for me. She was professional, confident and she really new her stuff. She answered all my questions and made me feel important and that I was in good hands with her. I ended up purchasing the condo at the price I was willing to pay and she made the whole buying experience a great one. I would highly recommend Mona Smeir to a family member or close friend.

This is my third brokerage, and even though I haven’t been here long, I feel compelled to share my experience. The level of guidance and encouragement I’ve received has been incredible. Nicole’s support has boosted my business growth faster than I ever imagined, and I can sense that my clients pick up on my newfound confidence. Negative experience: Re/Max Experts, specifially Mike Squadrilla, has been an unresponsive and unsympathetic Broker of Record. In early July 2024 I signed a Buyer's Representative Agreement (BRA) with John Burdi who's part of Remax Experts. The agreement had a 6 month term. In late July when I approached John to try to amend the agreement he reacted in a very unprofessional manner getting very angry with me, raising his voice and threatening to sue me to collect his commissions rather than trying to be reasonable and help me buy a new house. I eventually asked him to cancel the BRA as i didn't wish to work with him any longer at which point he refused to cancel the agreement and i would be subject to his 6 month term even though he spent very little time with me. I contacted the Broker of Record Mike Squadrilla to help cancel the BRA but even Mike was unwilling to do that and instead defended John's unprofessional behaviour. I followed up with Mike and he has been unresponsive on this matter. Warning to you all out there - Please watch out for the term you agree to in your Buyers' Representative Agreement. Don't sign a long period of time as you may be held hostage with them like me.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Ferro. I went to an open house in Oakville organized by Ferro. No one showed up, and the house was closed. I called the office and promised that someone would call me immediately, but no one called. I heard back from Ash, who is an amazing guy and managed our disappointment with the listing agent's attitude. However, when we visited the house, it was staged but full of dust; I think no one cared about the owner's investment or showed up responsibly. Be careful in your agent choice!

Negative experience: This brokerage deserves 0 stars for putting a certain home up for sale in King City. If this is the quality they choose to list and masterfully hide every issue wrong with that house you shouldn't accept them to do your real estate dealings. Wrong description, home half painted, trim pieces missing, different flooring on the main floor (all hidden in pictures). What an absolute waste of time. Not to mention dirty floor to ceiling.
