Fantastic experience: Victor Pasquali is a remarkable realtor. He has YOUR best interest at heart. He knows the market, timing and what you hope to sell and buy at. We contacted him well before we were thinking of selling. He kept in contact and when the timing was right he scheduled an appointment. We reviewed what we could sell our home for and visited areas and homes we could move to. He listened to our needs, financial concerns and hopes. Because of Victor we got the best offer for our home and the sale went off smoothly. When it looked like our new home would have to be outside the GTA he came out to Ottawa with us. He got us an Ottawa realtor which he worked with so we were comfortable. We found the prefect home. Victor also set us up with a lawyer who looked after the selling and purchasing of both homes, which made the process so easy. I’m very thankful that we found Victor Pasquali and recommended him highly. He cares about the person not his commission. But whatever the commission he’s worth more than what he gets.

Fantastic experience: It is hard to capture how much support Scott provides, because he really goes above and beyond at every opportunity. We met Scott by chance when we viewed one of his listings while looking for a rental. From then on, Scott assisted us with finding more suitable rentals. Once we found a rental, Scott made the rental application and negotiation process so seamless and easy. Scott came for the key deposit meeting even though he didn't need to, and he demonstrated again he is in our corner and advocated for us when we discovered the unit was not in the condition as specified in the lease agreement. Where the landlord fell short, Scott helped us hold the landlord accountable, for which we are deeply grateful. Scott has continued to follow up to see how things are going, which again, demonstrates an unmatched dedication. We would give Scott more than five stars for all the ways he demonstrates support.

Negative experience: Had a truly terrible experience with these people. I found a listing that was perfect for my family's and mine needs, asked my realtor to submit an offer. Exactly the same amount that they were asking for per month. This is where it all began. Their representative stopped answering my real estate agents calls and text messages. It took her 2 days to get a response. I was present during that conversation as I was very actively looking for houses and was on a house hunt every single day. That representative was very unapologetic, said he had family issues, and his tone was " why do you even calling me? Send me all the documents and then I will consider you offer". No problem, I thought. Let's send the documents. So my real estate agent sends him all the documents. Personal Information, references, etc. and this guy disappears again. 2 days later I decided to take the matter in my own hands. I Had to move our family fairly quickly due to some family matters. I have two kids under two as well, so for me it was a priority to find a proper place. I called Keller Williams legacies realtyr office and said that I will leave a terrible review if nobody gets back to me about my offer. They said they would look into it and somebody would get in touch with me. 4 hours later a manager calls me and asks me what happened, saying that he will talk to that representative and we will hear from him shortly. Another four hours later, my real estate agent receives a text message from that representative saying that they are still working on my offer with a house owner. So it's been 4 days, and you still work through a two page document?! And why is it so difficult to take your phone and write a simple message with a short update in a timely manner? I felt very unprotected knowing that I sent my documents to a person and company who is so unprofessional. It shouldn't be 4 days to go through the rental offer, where the rentor is chasing the landlord's representative. It's been 3 weeks later, I have already found another beautiful house, but I still don't know if I was ever approved for that one LOL I wouldn't advise anybody use this company or the real estate representatives. It will be a very expensive and frustrating experience to both parties - landlords and renters. I will update this review once I find all the names of the reps that I talk to.

Negative experience: Not sure why anyone would market their products here. Saw a KW Legacies commercial listing on one of their competitors web sites - decided best to call listing agent, not the competitor for info. Went to their web site, many tabs, but NO LISTINGS visible!? Next called the main office - 5 calls throughout the day and NO ANSWER for options; "broker of record" or "book a showing". Finally redirected myself to "front desk" and of course, no answer and I am transferred to a random call center to someone who doesn't work for KW. I asked about the listing, reply was "I don't know anything about listings"...asked where I can find the listings section on the web site, again, reply "I don't know about the web site". Gave my number to receive a call back - 3 days waiting and still nothing. Not sure why this group has a 5 star review - they don't answer calls, they don't reply to callback requests, and their web site does not advertise their listings - all 3 things I would think critical to a real estate business model.

Fantastic experience: By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started thinking about buying a home in Canada or what to expect throughout the process. I found Muhammad Usman Ahmed at Keller Williams as one of the realtors who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority. The amount of effort and time he puts into walking me through the whole process is unbelievable. Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him and he was there to guide me through. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process like a pro. On a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and he was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he knows about me. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily as he was really focused on making sure I was satisfied throughout the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Usman went above and beyond (as I’m positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Since these days many realtors offers cashback incentive to attract the clients so as to buy home through them only, this is not the case with Usman and his team as their work ethics and professionalism speaks louder than words. This is also one of the pivot reasons working with Usman and his team as they are truly honest and transparent as compared to those realtors offering cash back incentives. Overall, I would strongly recommend Muhammad Usman Ahmed to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I would trust him with my eyes closed and his attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients is outstanding.
