Fantastic experience: My family and I took chance to migrate to Toronto without a place to stay. 3 weeks after landing at Scarborough, we were still having a hard time closing a deal with any landlords. Fantastic experience: Nathan is very helpful and accommodating with his clients. We actually don't know him personally and only found out about him through a referral from FB group. At first we were hesitant due to the surge of scammers but later on decided to give it a try. He is very kind and willing to answer all our questions when we spoke to him and we immediately felt at ease. It was very difficult to coordinate with him due to time difference but he is willing to adjust. Some of our friends even recommended him without knowing that he is already our realtor. We book at airbnb for 7 day hopping to find a house before it end but its been 4 days yet we did not find a house to stay and we thought we have to extend our booking in airbnb. Fantastic experience: We were being referred to Nathan, when we were searching for a long term lease by one of our friend. Highly recommended "daw", so we called him, talk a little bit of our current situation, and he told us to wait for few months more because this is the requirement, and educate us how things work here in Canada. After a month, when we have all the requirements, we started searching for a place. We opted for 2 bedrooms due to budget restrictions (new comers can relate to this), but he didn't gave up finding a place for us where my children(3) would also have their own rooms that is almost the same price. Nathan is not an ordinary agent, he treated us like his family. He won't let you settle for a place you can't max out the value of your money eventhough it would take so many viewings. Fantastic experience: I initially reached out to Nathan just to inquire about the unfortunate incident I had with my previous landlord. I asked for advice regarding my situation and even if there's no assurance that I would need his services anytime soon, he was quick to respond and provide guidance. From there, I saw his sincere intent to help. The time finally came when I needed a new place to move into. My request was a bit urgent and Nathan went above and beyond to meet my needs. I informed him of my requirements and in three days he got me a booking for condo showing. In total, we looked at 6 units and he was very patient with me, making sure that we get the right one this time. He even helped with the documentation so I can show it to my husband who's not yet in the country. During the negotiation stage, we encountered some bumps along the way but he persevered to make sure I secure the unit that I want. It wasn't easy but he was persistent.
