We asked Jayden to lead our Entrepreneurship Workshop on branding and marketing for Caribbean youth interested in small business start-ups. She agreed to lead this session without any compensation and purely based on her passion and dedication for supporting her community. One of the phrases she repeated was, “I am doing this to support the youth who never had these opportunities growing up.” In the initial stages of contacting Jayden, she connected with our organization through her passion, charisma and ability to value the youth she was working with.
