Fantastic experience: We did not want to leave our beloved family home and the special neighborhood it sits in. But Downsizing happens to us all eventually. With the help and expertise of the Trevor Shaw team we will now be relocating to a house only two blocks away which will suit our needs much better moving forward. Negative experience: Showed up to a viewing at our home half hour early, proceeded to walk right into the residence and walk in on me in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting behavior from Trevor Shaw and his team, the responses to this complete breach of privacy and breaking of the law was unbelievable. They had the audacity to argue with me. I'm still in shock they had the audacity to break and enter into our place of residence, and then argue with me inside the home.

Fantastic experience: DND, Military, those doing a BGRS move...this is your guy right here. I was quite worried, moving to an unknown area, not being able to hire a home inspector because of the market at the time, but Trevor with his years of experience and his wide connections in almost every corner of the industry, was a one man real estate evaluation crew. Mr. Shaw knows the area better than I could have hoped for. No GPS for this guy, he knows just about every street and road in and around Barrie and where would be most desirable for his client. Over the course of 4 days on our House Hunting Trip, we saw 40 to 50 homes, the entire time Mr. Shaw was with us and attentive to our suggestions, ideas, wants while still offering expert advice. There were several homes we saw needing significant repairs and within minutes Mr. Shaw was able to contact a specialist and get an appropriate quote for how much the repairs would be. Trevor was able to tell the age of key appliances such as furnaces, spot structural damage and repairs, and especially had an eye for water damage. Even after we finally found a home we were happy with, Mr. Shaw stepped in as somewhat a free-charge contractor and connected us with painters, flooring specialists and more. 5/5, would highly recommend.
