Negative experience: Scott Woolsey sold the house we were renting, came in very empathetic to our situation and said he would help us find a new place to live, that he had colleagues who had rental properties and would look into it for us. Needless to say, once the purchaser signed on the dotted line he immediately became unresponsive. Did not answer my calls or reply to my text. As a tennant I am not his customer but at least stand behind your word to people you said you would help.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I made a quick decision about 12 days ago to sell our home. 2 years ago a real estate agent messaged me asking if I would like a free "slow down, kids being kids" sign for the front lawn. Every year Luc has messaged me at the beginning of every spring asking if I would like a free replacement. When my husband and I decided to list, we immediately knew we wanted to work with Luc. I messaged Luc around 9 pm and asked if he would be available the next morning for 930 am.
