Negative experience: I choose to deal with Sam Moussa to sell my cottage in orleans according to people reviews on the internet and the 5 stars he has. Actually, I don’t trust anymore these reviews as they seemed to me to be fake or from only family and siblings. This is not the first time I choose a service according to people reviews on the internet, and the service was bad, even very bad. This broker will do a great effort convincing you that he is the best broker and can help you in a great way, and offering you after sale service as he is number one in all Ottawa and his skills are not comparable to the others brokers. But in facts, he will just list your house at a low price making emphasis on the fear that your property would stay for a long time on the market and showing you examples of properties which had been for a long while on the market, and bla bla bla. Finally, he ends up making pressure on us to sell for the first offer we have had received on our property. He made his reputation and success of a good seller only because he lists houses at a lower price than the market. For us, he did effort trying to sell our house very quickly at the first offer rather than trying to sell it at a better price. If I have listened to his advices and pressure to sell, I would have lost thousands of dollars. I am very disappointed with the service I had with this broker. I have sold houses 3 times before this, and bought 4 times with brokers in Montreal and Ottawa, it is the first time a broker treated me the way this broker did. He completely disappeared after selling, not even meet us to say congratulations. I am very disappointed and obviously, will NOT sell or buy again with this broker.
