Negative experience: My friends and I had a viewing at a property with one of their agents Ayesha. We arrived at the agreed time, waited 10 minutes, contacted her only to recieve a message 13 minutes after that telling us she "lost" our message. She asked if we would reschedule for 4pm. We agreed and arrived at the scheduled time. She arrived at 4:10 greeted my friends with a handshake and walked passed me without acknowledgement. We were all extremely unimpressed with how unprofessional she was and decided to leave immediately after this happened.

Negative experience: Very shady stay away

Positive experience: The Transition of renting a home with the Sidhu team was clean with little stress associated. They were helpful prior to, and continue to be helpful after the rental process was complete.

Negative experience: Dealt with an agent of Raj’s with regards to a rental property. Agent began just fine, answered questions, gave us showings, etc etc. when it came time to making an offer, there was no communication. We formed our own, it was allegedly sent to the client, declined, all is good. Upon reaching back out to perhaps see what we could improve upon, the agent disappeared. She did not respond to emails, or phone calls. We were interested in making another offer, none was ever conveyed as the place continued to sit on the market…. After this terrible experience, I reached out to Raj himself, to perhaps get some assistance, as GOOD customer service should be.. Raj also took the route of no responses, which shows where the leadership is for this branch of RP. I would not use this branch to represent me as a seller EVER! You couldn’t pay me to have them speaking on my behalf. If 0 stars was an option that would be it. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy or sell with them.
