When purchasing our first home, Sepehr spent countless hours helping us understand the ins and outs of what we should be looking for, what to watch out for and more. On both buying instances, we visited so many properties, which is patiently would visit with us, point out things we should we wary on (things we didn't have any idea about, truly), considering future potential expenses, things that might need to be replaced, and again, sharing a full scope of his knowledge to ensure the buying experience would be thoughtfully calculated, and never rushed. Never once did we feel rushed or that we had to make a decision, and Sepehr took his time with us always, putting us at ease. As for the selling process, I had hoped to sell the property on my own, an effort to save some money, however, that was not proving to be as easy as I thought. When I contacted Sepehr again to work together, he immediately put a plan in place--a walk through where we discussed what I hoped to achieve, price-wise, bringing in a professional Photographer to take photos, and then listed the property within the same week. Within one day of listing, we had multiple showings and ended up breaking a record and selling at the highest price yet for that area! Not only that, but when multiple offers came in, thanks to his hard work and diligence on this property and seeing it's potential, he worked endlessly to ensure we understood what was happening, and broke down the various offers and the pros and cons. Once again, making sure we fully understood and were making a calculated decision on the best fit for us. Sepehr is a pleasure to work with, and always puts his clients first.
