I had been using a property manager for 7 months with no luck renting the place, and after one conversation with Maxwell I knew I had made a bad decision on the first one. Maxwell was quick and efficient. He went out of his way to communicate and make me feel comfortable, especially since he knew I had a horrible experience with the previous property manager. My condo was rented in less than 2 weeks from our first conversation, with great tenants, and the process was so simple. He took all the stress out of it! The fees/ details were all clearly communicated up front with no surprises. Communication is QUICK, he is very knowledgeable, and super efficient. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the GVA in need of a property manager.

They were neat, tidy and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Max was also flexible in that he did extra handyman jobs when asked. He is knowledgeable and was always giving me sound advice on how to save money around my home. He was also very friendly, personable and great to work with. Max and Shawn also went above and beyond when I asked them to help me move my heavy furniture and tv into my garage and van. Max’s prices are very reasonable. He heard our needs and and matched us PERFECTLY with our new landlords, like I mean PERFECTLY. We saw the unit on Saturday, signed the papers Tuesday and we were moved in that following Friday! Max made sure we understood the process and ensured the unit was in pristine condition. Once he handed us our keys and we said good bye he called to double check a week into our tenancy to make sure we were still happy. We are just blown away by how seamlessly Max made our transition into our new home! I just can't praise him enough lol. Maxwell was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and was able to get the work done very quickly. He went out of his way to give us feedback on what did or did not need to be done in order to save us money, as well as tips on how to easily resolve certain minor cosmetic issues ourselves. In an age when most companies and most people seem out for themselves, it was extremely refreshing to find someone who genuinely cared about the cost to us, even if it meant that his own bill would be smaller. He also assured us that he would come back if we weren’t completely satisfied, but he did such a great job that it wasn’t necessary anyway. Integrity like that will easily make me a repeat customer.
