Expérience négative: Do not move here. If there’s one piece of advice I can give anyone looking for a new place, it’s this: look elsewhere. In just the first two months of living here—and we’ve now been here for five—we dealt with a leak that took nearly two months to fix. I was robbed in the parking garage, and nothing was done about it. The garage door has been broken for almost our entire time here, yet there’s been no compensation or real effort to resolve it—even after the break-in. On top of that, people have entered our unit without proper notice or communication. There are workers outside our windows at all hours, which is especially uncomfortable considering we’re young women living here. And that’s only part of the list. Oh—and as of today, my key fob no longer works. Just another issue I now have to deal with after working all day to afford the rent they charge here. The lack of security and management response is honestly unacceptable. Whether you’re paying premium prices or even looking for something cheaper, this place is not worth it. Save yourself the stress and don’t move here. If I wasn’t signed to a lease (or they would let us out) I WOULD MOVE OUT tomorrow!

Expérience négative: Nothing but problems. If it isn't bugs coming from who knows where. It's. Noisy tenants. And I got flooded out at 3 a m nd was told to mop it up myself. Noone cane to see damage. Then my kitchen turned into a blue mold farm. Never again will I rent here. Ya well-thought-out exterminator was in my apartment twice in 18 months. And you claim there was no work order on file. Shows how much yous care about tenants. . The renter Bove me we all were made to have household insurance for this reason. I was never reimbursed for all the kitchen appliances I had to throw out. Not even an inquiry or follow up after this flood. Over 500.00 in new kitchen gadgets I threw out. Renters beware of this terracorp. Protect yourselves against these hyenas

Expérience négative: i have been living here for 15 plus years and i am not very happy with how i am living i have nothing but issues with cockroachs here i have asked for help many times over and i am being ignored or they cant help me i have had 16 treatems in 2024/2025 and they were all unsucessfull in fact they send some so called pest control to my place they spend all of 4 mins in my apartment and than nothing works i urge anyone looking for a place to live not to come here the staff ignore you and dont help you with your issues !!! there useless and incompetent. its getting to the ponint where i cant even live and feed myself properly hell i cant even sleep in my own bed comfortably nor can i care for my pets properly. i said it once and i will say it again the Management staff are useless and incompetent and i am getting sick and tiried of paying rent and not getting proper servest render to me. infact for all my troubles and because i am and have been a long time loyal tenet i should get @ least three months free rent !!!!! i am done being ignored and treated like garbage by TerraCorp Management !!!! and i am done dealing with there useless incompetent staff !!!!!! anyone looking to live in TerraCorp Management dont come to 1299 huron ST london ontario i urge you to look else where for the price they charge. my home dose not feel like my home anymore !!!! Expérience négative: ************** CAREFUL************** I am a resident in one of the building and I am not happy about the management. When I took the apartment I have been told I will be getting 1 month free and they made me sign all the papers prior to the leasing date and I didn't even got my lease agreement after 3 month of residence. Now the SWEET management people are denying the the offers they made at that time because it's not in the papers and the building manager has been quit the job. So people please careful with these people especially when it comes to offers advertised in the website. No property manager will be here more than 4 months so you will be by your own. Please pay attention to the rent they are advertising or telling you. I felt like I got scammed and I don't want anybody to feel that way.

Expérience négative: I am very disappointed with the way Terracorp handled my lease transfer. I found a replacement tenant who submitted the signed lease within one day. It took management three days to respond, asking for additional documents. She submitted everything again right away, and after another three days they said they were still “missing some information” on the co-sign—even though they could have informed her the first time when they requested the extra documents. Because of these delays on their end, and poor communication, the process dragged into the end of the month. I have already moved to another place, yet now I am being forced to pay for another month’s rent due to their slow response and lack of proper guidance. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Terracorp needs to improve their communication, be timely in reviewing documents, and avoid causing unnecessary financial burden on tenants who follow the process correctly and promptly.

Expérience fantastique: I have been living at 80 Starwood for just over a year. I really like living here. The Management and Supers have been very Good to me. I just put in a request and within 10 minutes Kaywood sp? was here to fix. It turns out in was error with the window. He was prompt and friendly as usual. Andre has also been Great. Nice to know I am taking care of.

Expérience négative: A MONTH WASTED AND DECLINED WITH NO EXPLANATION. My girlfriend and I were saving up to move out on our own and then suddenly we received a sizeable inheritance which was amazing. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to explore new living opportunities but that was quickly shut down with Terra Corp. We found an excellent place at Island Towers in Windsor and were the FIRST to tour and fill out the application. We had a wonderful experience with the building manager as well. Unfortunately that was the end f our good experience. We waited 3 WEEKS to hear back. And when we finally did they requested a co-signer... We had more than enough between both of our incomes let alone the massive amount of cash we had recently acquired (proven by our banks in the application) to afford that place but that wasn't enough. So after 3 weeks of waiting we had to get her mommy to come out and fill out a whole other application as a co-signer. (Mind this woman also is also comfortable financially). Another week goes by and we get DENIED because we 'didn't meet certain criteria'. We were utterly angry and confused that we had wasted all this time and finally found a perfect spot for us to then be told no. Why even waste our time asking for a co-signer if it wasn't going to help anyway? Oh and it turns out none of the references we provided on our application were reached out to when we had asked them. I asked for an explanation via email as to exactly which criterea we didn't meet and instead of getting proper response they simply replied with the same 'You didn't meet certain criteria' crap. So not only did you waste a month of our time, you also wasted her moms time and also clearly have zero trust in young couples looking to get their lives started. Oh and they also didn't care that I am a business owner and already rent commercial property in downtown Windsor and have been doing so for years. There was ZERO reason to deny us and at the very least they could have kindly told us why they wasted our time and maybe even reached out to some of our references. Do better.

Expérience positive: I have enjoyed living here for many years. Only complaint is we do not have a super for our building, but Sherri our assistant Super is absolutely wonderful.Hopefully we get a Super soon so tennants can make any concerns easier to inform someone.

Expérience négative: Adding on: Delayed Refund – Be Cautious I rented from Terracorp and followed all the proper move-out procedures, including returning my keys and fob to the resident manager on my last day (April 30th, 2025). The lease clearly states there's a refundable key deposit, and their own move-out package said it would be returned within 6–8 weeks. It’s now been 13 weeks, and I still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve had no issues with mail or courier deliveries, so it’s not a delivery problem—just poor follow-through on their part. key deposit isn’t a huge amount, but it’s about the principle. Tenants are expected to uphold the lease—landlords should be held to the same standard. If you're considering renting from Terracorp, be aware that you might have to chase down money that’s rightfully yours. A perfect example of style over substance — it may look luxurious, but everything behind the scenes is poorly built and even worse managed. In just two months of living here, I wanted out. Communication from your team is nearly nonexistent. The only time I received a response was after publicly posting about my experience. Otherwise, messages and concerns are routinely ignored or met with excuses. On move-in day, I was left waiting in the cold for 20 minutes because the resident manager forgot about my scheduled arrival. Calls to the head office went unanswered. When I finally entered the unit, it had missing and flickering light bulbs and a fresh coffee stain on the kitchen island — hardly the welcome anyone should expect, especially in a unit that costs $1,900+ per month. The air conditioning didn’t work when summer began, and despite emailing daily, I received no updates for over a month. It was only fixed once external pressure was applied — not because management took initiative. My dog and I suffered in that heat, and it was clear that no one cared. Frequent water shut-offs, unresolved pressure issues, delayed access to the front lobby buzzer (which caused me to miss deliveries), persistent cigarette smoke from other units, and generally filthy common areas all point to severe neglect. One of the most unacceptable incidents was returning home to find a used respirator and sawdust in my apartment — with no notice, no communication, and no permission given for entry. This is not only unprofessional, it’s illegal. I’m far from the only resident with these concerns. Many of us are fed up with this management company’s lack of accountability. Your building may look polished from the outside, but it’s a poorly managed, high-cost disaster behind the scenes. This situation needs immediate attention. I urge you to step up your standards or prepare to face continued public accountability from those of us who are paying far too much for far too little. Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

Expérience négative: Can we get Khal to manage the Barrel Yards. From the other reviews, he seems to do a good job. I don’t know when Terracorp took over management but the Barrel Yards in Waterloo are a nightmare now. No maintenance to speak of, AC has been out 4 times this summer (it’s only the 1st of July). Garage is failing and is being propped up with poles, Garbage rooms are a disaster (they used to actually be nice, for a garbage room ). Flooding and sewage seeping into units. The list goes on. Zero response from Terracorp. Buildings are advertised as luxury. Don’t be fooled!! I wish I could give zero stars. Wasn’t in the cards for 2025, but starting the search for a new place to call home. EDIT to this review (I don't see a way to respond to the response from Terracorp). In short - the response is at best misleading. At worst, let's just say Terracorp has a very tenuous relationship with the truth. The AC has been out 4 days at this point in July. Hottest days of the year. In addition to the 3 prior fails since June of this year. This being day 4, the AC repair team was called on day 3 and after the weekend. Communications are not a strong suit for Terracorp. Sometimes twice a day? My review stands - I fully and honestly reject the comments Terracorp made to try and improve their image or give a sense of customer care that would be expected in a ‘luxury’ development. BEWARE!

Expérience négative: I want to inform everyone be careful of last month rent if on a automated payment. They made a mistake and are aware they took an extra month. I have emailed, spoken to them and they said the refund which was their mistake would take 60 days, now almost 4 months and the manager Jen and the accounting lead for this building Dean are ignoring me. They are ripping off my mom who is a senior who lived for there for 22 years and never missed a rent payment. Terracorp you should be ashamed of yourself. Any advice and how to the money back appreciated.

Expérience fantastique: I have had nothing but a great experience while living at Barclay Towers on Talbot Street. This is mostly mediated by Khal, who has always responded to any concerns I have had with the building / my apartment. He is always prompt, friendly, and willing to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed! The apartment itself is well furnished, spacious, and in a good location. The building has just undergone additional renovations to improve our balconies and common spaces. Additionally, the hallways, lobby, and laundry room are always kept clean and clear of clutter. Would recommend living here!

Expérience fantastique: I've lived here for 5 years. It's the best apartment building I've lived in. A big reason for this is Khal, the building manager. But the apartment is good in itself too. I wish there were fans in the washrooms and the temps are a little high in October and May, but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Anytime we need anything he’s always been just a call away, he has always addressed any concerns we have in an extremely timely manner. He also keeps the apartment super clean and tidy which I really appreciate, I see him cleaning on a daily basis and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We love Khal!

Expérience fantastique: I've had a great experience living at Barclay Towers on Talbot Street, managed by TerraCorp Management. This is largely due to our building manager, Khal, who is always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive to all tenants. Khal consistently handles everything promptly—often within the same day! The building is also consistently clean and well-maintained, which speaks to the care and effort put in by Khal and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-run, comfortable, and safe place to live.

Expérience négative: Since my partner posted his review regarding our flooring in Stonehedge Towers, Terracorp has made no effort to send any technician out to even inspect let alone repair our flooring. It has been over three months since the issue was reported and two weeks since they publicly claimed in their Google Review reply they were fixing the issue promptly. Terracorp not only does not value its tenants, they do not value tellling the truth. Do not rent here, this is absurd treatment given our $2000 a month rent. Additionally, since my partners initial review our in-unit AC has also broken, with no plans or timeline for a fix. This company does not deserve your money.

Expérience négative: Despite paying $2000 a month in rent Terracorp refuses to respond to even basic maintenance requests in a timely manner. The floorboards in my unit slip and slide underneath your feet as you walk over them which poses a safety risk to myself and my newborn daughter when she’s being carried by my partner and I. Three months have passed without any indication of when this will be fixed. Do not rent in Stonehedge towers if you want value for money.

Expérience négative: I live at 1299 Huron Street and have been for 10 years. The super retired. They have a guy that takes the garbage out once a day and new cleaning ladies, yet the building is horrible I'd attach a picture to show a few things. Plus, my rent is going up an extra 5 % each year for 5 years over evaluator repairs . I live on the main floor. Would you like me to post the letter I received showing different from your reply about the rent increase? How about the garbage room every day when I get home from work??? I've been a loyal tenant to Terra Corp. I lived here while you guys filled my place with concrete dust because who ever you hghered to change the pipes in this building didn't have a clue, I've lived through the parking lot BS , I lived through the balcony BS . The very least you can do is be honest in your reply on my review. I'm posting just one Pic of this so-called clean to Terra Corp standards. Owner you wouldn't like it is this was in your living space daily and you definitely wouldn't like it if people lied to you

Expérience négative: Moved into the Grand Trios in Guelph June 1st and have had nothing but headaches. 1. Cheap material used, paint is already cracking and chipping, and is the cheapest single layer ever done with paint splatters all over the floor as well as window sealant splattered all over the window. 2. No Garbage chutes, we have to carry our recycling, garbage and compost to the first floor and place it in dumpsters in a disgusting fly infested room. 3. No reliable hot water, we have gone 4 days without hot water now and when customer services were contacted no reply was received. 4. We couldn’t use one of our bathrooms because when the toilet was flushed fecal matter and dirty water would come up our downstairs neighbours drain in their shower. 5. It took 3 months for the pet washing station to be repaired and when they did they made it a pressure washer that would cut your dog in half. 6. The underground parking is uneven, dusty and moldy. 7. Fobs will stop working at random times 8. They have a scam that makes you go through a 3rd party for your water and electricity which charges a massive delivery fee and over charges us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PAIN!

Expérience négative: Dirty buildings especially James Town , people hang outside the door way and in front of building entrance making it look less appealing , all 4 buildings have been known for bed bugs and cockroaches managements do nothing . You call Terra corp they say fill a forum or online . dogs are not on leashes inside the building , if you let a management know about any issue they give attitude . Rent is expensive there I windows are broken in winter is extremely cold you cant sleep at night .I moved from there recently PLZ RUN DONT RENT THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING .

Expérience fantastique: I had been looking for a decent apartment for over 5 months and when I contacted Terracorp I had the opportunity to deal with Jordan (Leasing Agent) who was very professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I found a great apartment at Brittany Towers in a building that was clean and well maintained. By comparison to others that I saw for exactly the same rent, I was more than pleased. They say that first impressions say a lot and indeed they did.

Expérience fantastique: I stayed at Barclay Towers and wanted to specifically call out the manager Khal as being excellent and extremely helpful. He was responsive to any repairs needed, and would even take the time to bring packages delivered to the building into my apartment for me when I was away from home. I would not have stayed at Barclay Towers as long as I did if it weren't for Khal.

Expérience positive: I've been complaining about the tenants in apt directly above mine for nearly 3 yrs. I assume they actually believe I will get fed up with them and leave my home. Now that proves just how childish they are. NO childish behavior will ever make me leave my home. When I do have issues here I make sure the head office is aware. All in all my choice is to rise above the issues and the ppl that are causing them. This has been my home a very long time and will continue to be my home for many more yrs to come. Expérience négative: Terracorp management is the worst property management company I have ever encountered in my whole life. If you love yourself, don’t even consider moving into their buildings. The reviews on Reddit about them being a Slumlord is very true. Their buildings are nothing like they portrayed it to be on their virtual tours specifically the buildings on Grand ave and Baseline road. They are so poorly maintained. The carpets stink, the hallways, the elevator!!!! I can go on!!! The building managers are also very rude miserable people . Most people are still in their building because it’s rent controlled and their rents are cheap so they would just want to save their money. They’re buildings are price to high now >$1450 for the quality and standards of living they provide You’ll get a better buck for your money somewhere else. Trust me. I wish I saw a detailed review like this from someone else to inform my decision about this company. Have a great day .. DONT RENT FROM TERRACORP

Expérience négative: if you like paying just under 2000 a month for apartments with cockroaches and a company that literally doesn't do any upkeep or maintenance, then terracorp is the place for you...they also apply to the landlord/tenant board every year to circumvent the legal guidelines for rent interest maximum increase (legal maximum of 2.5 %) they recently applied to rug pull my parking spot from my lease..they are blood sucking cockroaches just like the ones in their buildings

Expérience fantastique: I have lived at St. James Place apartments for just over a year, and have been really happy with the experience. Marie Kudoba, our building manager, is fantastic! She is friendly, approachable, hard working, super responsive, keeps the building clean and tidy, and goes the extra mile whenever I ask her for anything. TerraCorp is very proactive when it comes to pest control, repairs/maintenance, upgrading apartments when they are vacated and so on. Highly recommend!

I pay $1265 PLUS $100 for unmonitored underground parking and personal hydro FOR NO REASON.. last year my boyfriend had his CLASSIC MODEL BMW STOLEN AND MY LANDLORD LAUGHED. The bathrooms in the units DO NOT HAVE RUNNING FANS- creating MOLD. These buildings are an absolute joke. Also, be prepared to argue with the homeless and cracked out people because you won’t let them into your home.

Called a person with a vac to suck up all the floor water and a plumber right away .....Thank you John and Bill for all the help........

The tenants were offered a reward for posting 5 star reviews.. that's why they all magically appeared at the same time. And that just about says it all about this deceitful company. The positive reviews are fake. Run far away from this building!!

However, Khaled our somewhat new landlord (a few years) has been amazing!!! We have had many updates/upgrades that have been done & he is so friendly & nice. Expérience fantastique: I cannot speak about other TerraCorp places except Barclay Towers apartments. 5+ stars for KHAL the BUILDING MANAGER. Khal embodies all the skills that a tenant would want their building manager to have. Khal is consistently polite, personable, reliable and hard working. He is attentive and listens if you have a problem - he will do his best to deal with it right away. Khal makes the building a very peaceful environment to reside in. There has not been one request he has not followed through on and he’s a phone call away if you have any problems. I have lived in the apartment going on year 3 and was thinking last year about moving. I realized how fortunate I was to be able to live in a place where I knew I could count on my building manager Khal if anything goes wrong, and who genuinely cares about your quality of living. Khal is the guy that always says hi even when he’s busy mopping the floors, he wants to make sure your needs are met and is always in a good cheery positive mood. Khal gives great notice on any renovations/changes and he is just overall an authentic, down to earth human being with a hard worth ethic who makes you feel valued and heard. He is reliable and if I could give more than 5 stars I would 100%. It is really such a delight as a tenant to know you have someone who you can rely upon and is thoughtful if ever an emergency occurs. I couldn’t have asked for a better building manager. Very impressed with him and it just makes me love my apartment even more knowing the positive atmosphere radiating throughout the building daily! It is evident you care about your tenants as more than just a job. Thank you very much Khal.

Expérience fantastique: Lived at Barclay Tower for 8 months now. Little pricey being downtown and the heat can sometimes be a little too hot meaning open windows and fans in the winder, however, I love living here. The apartments are a decent size, the area is great being just far enough from Richmond, and the building is very well insolated from sound. The building manager, Khal, made moving in a breeze. He is always nice and says hi and chats when you pass by. The buliding is well upkept and cleaned regularly. Very happy living here. Hoping a 2 bedroom apartment becomes available around the time my lease is up so I can stay a few more years!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been living in Barclay Towers for a month now, and I couldn’t have asked for a better moving in process than I got here with Khaled. Since our first tour of the apartment he’s been fantastic to work with, and has always made sure to go above and beyond for my roommates and I. Khal is always on top of things right away if you have questions or concerns and returns calls quickly. He’s one of the nicest guys I’ve met and seems to have a good personal relationship with every tenant in the building. Khal will be sorely missed when I move out. 10/10 wish I could take him with me

Expérience fantastique: I recently just moved into one of the properties owned by Taracorp at the Barclay Towers. The management here (Khal) has been very helpful throughout the entire process from setting up the unit and paperwork, to assisting with the move-in. Very quick response time for when needing help, like when getting locked out of the unit on the weekend. Great service! Overall building is clean, and the unit was improved and updated before I moved in.

Expérience fantastique: Renting in London is HARD. I had spent over 7 months searching for a 2 bedroom near downtown and was very often met with awful service, or even more frequently, no responses. This all changed when I saw a listing for Barclay Towers. Since our first interaction, the building manager Khaled has been so accommodating and helpful. Even before moving in or signing anything, he had already gone above and beyond. He answered every question I had promptly, and even worked late to accommodate my busy schedule. Moving in was a breeze. We had no issues whatsoever, and Khaled was there bright and early to help us out. They were able to get an entire unit fully renovated within one month, which I thought was impossible, and it looks INCREDIBLE. Khaled and building support are also super easy to reach, even a month in to our move. I would give more stars if I could - this is easily the most painless rental process I have ever gone through.

Expérience négative: DO NOT bother with this company. To the first showing the building manager was 40 minutes late, was extremely unprofessional and sketchy. He told me I was the first to apply, and pulled out the lease telling me I can sign and have it, as long as I bring the proper documents and last months rent. When I told him I couldn't sign it right there because my boyfriend was not with me, he told me to forage his signature (which is obviously illegal). He then filled out part of the lease with the move in date, prices, etc. A few days later I bring the signed lease, other documents AND MONEY to them, and he tells me he will get back to me with a copy of everything, but the unit won't be ready until a month after we were supposed to move in. Then when I told him that wouldn't work for us, he totally backtracked and said it would be ready for our move-in date. A week later, the building manager send me a text saying that they rented it to someone else and I have to come pickup my money. I live several hours away and wasted so much gas money to get these documents to them so we could secure the unit. We called the company after and they said there was nothing they could do for us, and put us on the phone with the building manager who stated "this should not be an inconvenience to us". From start to finish these people have been deceitful and dishonest, I would not recommend them at all.

Expérience négative: Signed the lease including all additional requirements documents with first and last rent just for the building manager to tell me the unit I signed for wont be available for another 20+ days past the original agreed move in date. After following up to get a guarantee on the move in date they gave the unit to someone else. Horrible service. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Expérience négative: I have been living at keatings place since September of 2021. Since living here we have had our basement flood twice with no mold checks even though a request has been asked multiple times since fall of 2021. The inability to act on an environmental issue within a home is extremely concerning for anyone wanting to live healthily in a home. Approximately 1 week ago we had maintenance people come replace our dishwasher, during the replacement it was left unattended by maintenance and caught on fire, which almost caused an electrical fire in my townhome. The 1 maintenance man noticed that the baseboards were swollen underneath the electrical panel and said it was a concern yet nobody has done anything about it. This management company is ran by money hungry, greedy and selfish people who do not care about the state their tenants are living in. I have now sent three emails with no response from an actual manager. I have receipts of every single issue stated from email. Live here if you want environmental issues with no support! If not, carry on to somewhere else. It’s not worth the price point.

Expérience positive: When I first moved in here I would have given 1 star as the building manager was rude, ignored any questions that we had, didn't get anything done for us despite everyone in our building asking her repeatedly. Then she left which was good news. We just assumed that she would be replaced by another person that didn't care about us. Then Taylor arrived on scene. You want to talk about 180. Our new building manager is super professional, kind at all times and gets this done promptly. She is one of those employees that could really turn your reputation around. My advice would be you should probably give her a raise. She has been a blessing for everyone in my building. I would have rated it a 6 if the review was just for Taylor. Kudos to her! You lose the star because you need to hire some real maintenance people that have skills in their particular area. Handymen that don't care do not fix things properly.

Expérience fantastique: I would just like to say that I am very impressed with how well Jordan, their leasing agent, handled my lease for my new apartment at 111 Base Line Rd W. I don’t always write reviews but thought I would share some insight into the experience I’ve had with Jordan and the management company. My wife and I were able to sign a lease and move in within a few days of seeing the place. Jordan was very helpful and showed us many properties Terracorp had around London, which made our decision that much easier. Head office also had our paperwork approved in a timely manner which made moving in a breeze.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a woman named Christine., and she invited me to go view an apartment that she had available. I have to say, the building looked like it was very well kept up. The apartment she showed me was a very clean and spacious. Christine was also very welcoming. All in all I was very impressed.

Expérience négative: From a parents perspective, I was disgusted with the C bugs and they asked for repairs in Bath & Floors, never done! My daughter wrote a letter of concern, NO response. We did the repairs. The parking lot of $75/ month for 2 cars is RIDICULOUS People don't pay that for Underground parking!!! Very small spaces and pot holes. Not a very clean building

Expérience fantastique: I've lived in the building now for a few months and am quite enjoying it. The units are clean, updated and secure, the laundry facilities are well maintained, and building maintenance is top shelf. The superintendent Pat is wonderful if you have any questions or concerns, and the rental rate is competitive with other buildings in town. Additionally, there is a wonderful sense of community, always a pleasant word to be exchanged with other renters! Definitely recommend this building for anyone looking for a new home.

Expérience négative: There is no hand sanitizer or spray in the common areas such as the SHARED LAUNDRY room, entrances and the elevators. They've shut down the parking lot at my building for construction for 6months in the dead of winter. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a designated parking spot in the side lot as promised by the property manager. No reply when I contact via website, and I got voicemail when I called. The alternative is to park a 10min walk away, or they offer a cab service- that we all share ... During the PEAK of COVID. We had a leak in the ceiling that pooled and leaked through the plaster last year, they left it to dry for a week and mold grew on the floor under the tarp they left down. They didn't clean up after patching the hole.

Expérience fantastique: We recently moved a family member into Elizabeth Towers in Owen Sound. I cannot adequately put into words how pleased we are with our decision. Pat the building manager went above and beyond to make our Aunts transition to moving to an apartment pleasant, easy, and stress-free. The buildings atmosphere is warm, inviting, attention to detail is not over looked here. This building is a hidden gem being surrounded by trees and well manicured lawns and sitting area. Definitly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home that is secure, safe, and has a building manager that treats everyone like family.

Expérience négative: Horribly managed! Nothing but problems since we moved in. Literally one thing after another. Repairs that should have been done years ago still have not been completed. The latest is a bed bug situation. It was not made aware to us and when we reported it they said they were taking care of it. They now are telling us we have to wait a week for something to be done. At all costs avoid this management company and do yourselves a favor.

Expérience fantastique: We’ve lived at Stonehedge Towers for almost a year. It has always been sparkling clean and well serviced. Management is amazing and responsive. Joyce is like a family member and is always here for us when we have any questions. The apartments are new and clean -which is rare nowadays- and the neighbourhood is family friendly and safe compared to other areas of the city. We get to control the heat/ AC from our apartment which is a huge plus. We definitely lucked out by living here
