Tatiana Alferova - Real Estate Broker - Royal LePage Your Community Realty, Brokerage

Expérience fantastique: The very best realtor I've worked with

Expérience fantastique: When we moved to Toronto, there was a question about renting a property, then we did not imagine what difficulties we would face. We tried to find property on our own, without an agent, but because we have a large family of two adults and four children, they all refused us, referring to the fact that we are newcomers and we have no credit history. We started looking for a realtor and found Tatiana, got acquainted, we told our story, and asked her to help. She sent us several options every day, the option was various from condos, apartments to houses. We looked at the apartment, which suited us in all respects and which we really liked. And then Tanya did everything herself, requested all the relevant documents from us and agreed with the owner. She is a professional, she did her best to help us and finally she successfully settled us in the apartment. We are very grateful to her for everything, she is not only an excellent REALTOR, but also a kind and sympathetic PERSON. Tanya is the best! We highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I recently decided to move from rental to our own home so we needed a realtor we could trust and, most importantly, who would help us to navigate through today's red hot market. We did not have our own realtor, so we searched Google and found Tatiana's profile very professional, so we decided to call her. The service we received was fantastic! Tatiana from our very first conversations was very thorough and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. She even called us late after hours to give a heads up about new MLS listings she would recommend us to pay a specific attention to. Tatiana was literally relentless and restless to help us to find our dream home, we drove very large distances throughout North and Northwest GTA and Simcoe regions with her to see many properties and finally we were lucky to find and manage to win a bid for our dream home! Tatiana simply was amazing, her services great and she herself is such a friendly person. If you are looking for the Realtor you can trust, who is honest and professional, look no further. Thank you so much Tatiana!

Expérience fantastique: AMAZING!! I'm so happy we chose Tatiana for our first home purchase. Tatiana was EXTREMELY thorough and professional. Her knowledge, skills, and personality far exceeded our expectations! Everything from the MLS listings at the beginning of our search to step-by-step meticulous guidance through the paperwork and transaction process was explained to us in layman's terms and all our questions were answered immediately. Tatiana was always available, literally day and night, and she always picked up the phone. We couldn't have made a better decision! Hands down she is the BEST Realtor I have ever had. I highly recommend Tatiana, you will not be disappointed!
