Expérience fantastique: I worked with Danny through a reference and my experience with him was seamless and pleasurable. I own a condo unit in a building and was looking to rent it out. From the first contact, Danny explained the process, step by step, so I clearly understood what he would provide and what was expected of me. Within a week of my unit being posted, I was informed by Danny of tenants who were interested. Again, he explained things very clearly to me and answered every question I had, as this was my first time being an owner, but also, a landlord. He has communicated regularly with me, and continues to do so as the move-in date for my tenants is fast approaching. I plan to buy more property in the future, and I think working with Danny again is a sure deal, and makes me feel at ease.
Zareen, thank you for the opportunity to help you and glad to hear you were pleased with the entire process. Big congratulations on becoming a landlord!! You were such a pleasure to work and I’ll look forward to working with you again.

Expérience fantastique: I reached out to the Danny Tags team as he had sold a couple of houses on my mom’s street. I had the task of selling my patents house and when I spoke to Danny and explained my situation he was happy to meet with me. Danny was very knowledgeable and confident that the house would sell even though I was reluctant to list as it was late in the year. Danny reassured me it was a good time to list. There was a lot of work to be done to get the house ready and staged. Danny was very helpful and always available to answer any question or help with any issues that came up. He made suggestions when it came to staging the house so that it showed well. The house sold within a month for more than asking with multiple offers.
