Expérience fantastique: I know Hamed (and his bother, Behrad) since 2015 that I was trying to purchase a property in GTA while I was living in London ON. Although that time I ended up purchasing my house in London, but I found them very reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. In late 2020 and during the pandemic, they did a great job and find me a property for investment in GTA. As I was a long-distance client, they had to visit different houses in a different area and setup a remote showing and sending videos from different views to help me to make a better decision. For the property that I purchased with their help, I just had two trips to Toronto, one for seeing the house before signing the contract and one before the closing date. After purchasing the property, Hamed and Behrad helped me with finding reliable tenants and also with the tenant's agreements, which was great.
