Expérience négative: Absolute Scam Artist — Stay Away! Working with Gill Jatin was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. It’s completely obvious what his game is: his entire job is to pocket a few pennies from the sales centre to lock up and reserve units for himself, leaving actual buyers completely stranded. He was entirely unresponsive and couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone during the closing process when guidance was actually needed. He doesn't care about the buyer at all—his only loyalty is to padding his own pockets at your expense. Save yourself the stress, the financial risk, and the headache. Do yourself a massive favor and stay far away from this guy!

I went to an open house a few weeks ago at Treasure Hill. Very disappointed when I discovered they were small (average 1600 sq feet) and also had POTL fees ( waste of money in my opinion). I was ready to walk out when I was introduced to Samveet ( Sam) Gulati. He knew I had no interest in these townhouses. He asked me what I was looking for and listened. He told me to meet him at the West Brooklin showroom on Columbus down the street a few blocks. He showed me the lots still available in first phase. We discussed the sq footage and price range. I told him it had to be over 2000 sq ft and have parking for more then 2 cars. I preferred an end unit as well. We discussed all the options of models available. He gave me the floor plan to review. He also highlighted all the extra features. Lot premiums waived. Had AC and 5 appliances. Very large deck. Deposits paid over more then a one year period. Price guarantee and much more. I went home with alot of useful information. He didn't harass me with constant phone messages or texts. He messaged me once if I had any questions to send him a message. After reviewing the two models I was most interested in, I booked a follow-up appt during my availability. We went over all the questions I had. Who is the builder for the model I was interested in? Size of wood floors and tiles. Color of the roof/brick/doors on the lot I choose. Trim on the windows. Exact lot size. Everything I asked, was answered. If he didn't have the answer, the builder reps in the showroom called and provided me the correct answer. Very professional to deal with. I choose my lot, my model and gave my deposit!
