Expérience négative: This review is for Jakey Jagwani ( agent working with this realty inc) We purchased our first home with this agent. But when we started working with him we realized that he didn’t had the required expertise and knowledge. I had to do all the analysis and study by myself like finding the proper area, checking new listings on house sigma , visiting open houses and i used to provide him the list of homes and he just used to drive around and take us to those listings. He never gave proper guidance or help us to identify any issues or shortcomings. The inspector he got for our home inspection lacked proper knowledge and didn’t do the inspection properly as he missed all the issues like basment stairs damaged, deck had structural issues and caused shaking in the deck which were not caught at the time of inspection which resulted in issues after we moved in, flooring had scratches all over , living room wall colour was damaged,etc. Also, we had specifically requested to clean the backyard and trim the grass properly before handing over the property but the garden was in a very bad state. On the closing day , we were not at all guided with regard to moving or handing over the keys . Also , we raised the garden issue and he just shrugged it off by asking us to contact the lawyer and he cant do anything. As soon as the closing was done , he never checked on us or never contacted us incase of any issues and never helped or guided us as a new home owner. This review is for those who will be working with agent in future to beware and not fall into the trap as there many better and knowledgeable realtors out there in the market. I would have rated in negative if possible. Highly disappointed!!

I had not expressed any interest in your services. The lack of consideration for my privacy and the blatant disregard for my preferences has left a negative impression on me. It is not acceptable for a professional in the real estate industry to use such tactics to generate leads. It is not only unprofessional but also unethical. If you want to build a successful career in this industry, you need to prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical practices. I will not be doing business with you, and I will be sharing my negative experience with others.
