He is incredibly down to earth, easy to work with and great at communicating. Viewings are not always easy with three kids 5 and under, but Brad was able to roll with the punches that they threw our way (like cranky post car nap wake ups) and keep us on track! When buying our house, we ended up with a lot of unexpected hurdles and Brad always kept a calm demeanour. I feel like I may not be the easiest to work with as I hate giving up control, but he was great at letting me lead when I wanted and reining me in and focus when I was starting to go off book. Expérience positive: Bryce was very patient and helpful with the sale and purchase of our home. Their firm had many supplies to help stage our home for showing and Bryce was always available to answer questions. The virtual tour/videos and photography was impeccable and really showed the place well. The only negative, as we often experience with realtors, was their wanting to price the property lower for a quicker sale. We went with our guts and listed the property much higher than what was determined as their "market value" and ended up getting close to our asking price. Had we priced what their market value suggested we would've lost out a significant amount of money.

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I worked with Brendan and Brielle from approximately February-March when we were starting the search for our first home, till our move-in date on August 1st and I can only say that they are highly professional and just an awesome people. Brendan showed such a dedication to his work (even leg injury did not stop him...) when being very prompt and initiative during our search, showing interesting listings and also respecting listings we wanted to look at as well. He went with us to almost all open houses (they were allowed at the time!) and appointments and always asked the other agent right questions that we'd always forget to ask ourselves. He has never pushed us towards the decision but carefully advised when we had no idea how to move forward. He was super supportive with the negotiation part when we picked the place. As often happens, the process of purchasing a house is not smooth and perfect, and it turned out that the sellers did not clean up the place at all (and they were supposed to per contract). So some areas were quite dirty. But I'm glad we had Brendan as a realtor as he managed to get us a compensation for part of the cleaning cost which was a huge help as we did not want to go to court over such issue. Even though we've never met Brielle personally, it was such a pleasure working with her. She was a very considerate and kind while administrating our files and documents, sending lots of tips and reminders regarding the purchase and moving process, and sent very good recommendations for the inspection, solicitor, and insurance, so this saved us lots of time we'd spent on the research.
