Expérience négative: Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Ravi as the seller’s agent was extremely frustrating and fell well short of the level of professionalism I expected in a real estate transaction. I purchased an apartment where the contract specifically required the sellers to address several minor items and provide certain items, including AC remotes, door hinges, visitor passes, and other small items. These were not informal requests—they were agreed-upon terms of the contract signed by the sellers. Unfortunately, upon possession, we discovered that the agreed-upon items had not been completed or provided. The AC remotes were missing, the required repairs had not been done, visitor passes were missing, and the garage door opener was faulty. When these issues were raised, Ravi’s response was essentially that he was trying to get answers himself. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the transaction. At one point, my agent simply asked whether we could access the unit a few days before possession to take measurements for furniture. Rather than providing a reasonable response or working toward a solution, Ravi was difficult to reach and ultimately responded that he “didn’t have time for this.” There were also basic details that should have been straightforward to address. When we attended the property for a tour, Ravi did not attend. Instead, a key was left in a lockbox, and we were left without answers to basic questions such as where the storage area was, which parking stall was designated to the unit, and where the mail was located. I understand that a seller’s agent cannot necessarily control every action of their clients. However, I do expect an agent to communicate professionally, respond in a timely manner, and make a reasonable effort to facilitate the completion of contractual obligations. If there are difficulties with the sellers, transparency and straightforward communication would go a long way toward resolving the situation. As of now, my agent has actually had to pay out of pocket for some of the missing items, including the AC remotes and cabinet hinges, simply to help resolve issues that should have been addressed as part of the transaction. I am giving the matter additional time to be resolved through communication between the agents. However, if the contractual obligations remain outstanding, I will have no choice but to pursue the appropriate escalation and legal options available to me. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Buying a home is a significant transaction, and I expected a much higher level of communication, accountability, and professionalism from the seller’s representative

Expérience fantastique: Ravi is hands down the best realtor that you will encounter. We tried to list our house with other realtors and had months of open houses with no interest leaving us very discouraged so we gave up. Then we received a flyer that our neighbour was having an open house so we decided to check it out and it was packed with people! I knew we had to meet the realtor and ask how they generated that much interest and that’s when we met Ravi. Ravi was very honest and explained his methods of pre-marketing the home to generate interest before it even hits mls through door knocking, word of mouth, social media and realty websites. It was clear that he doesn’t believe homes will sell themselves and he actually does the work to sell it. Once we decided to work with him, he gave us specific instructions on how to best stage our home which honestly made it look the best it ever has. He came with the photographer to take the photos and he went above and beyond to make them look good; he cleaned a smudge I missed off a window, he folded the toilet paper into little triangles, he moved items out of the way to make rooms look less cluttered and moved them back after, etc. he is very detail oriented! Throughout the whole process of getting it ready to be listed he was continuously marketing it and informing us of new interest. All we had to do was clean our house once for the photos and once more for the open house and we got multiple offers and an accepted offer well over our expectations! We are still shocked at how fast and easy Ravi made this moving process. He did so much hard work behind the scenes and choosing him was the best decision we could have made. We recommend Ravi to anyone who wants to enjoy the moving process, you won’t be disappointed!

Once our mortgage was approved, Ravi Bhindi took us for a few tours of multiple properties and shared his 20 years of real estate experience to guide us properly. We liked a property and wanted to make an offer on it, and Ravi told us we shouldn't make an offer after reading through some strata documents because that property had lots of problems.
