We interviewed a couple and decided to work with Matt - and he did not dissapoint. He was very patient with my family while we downsized my mother from a house in Citadel Heights to a condo one block down from her work. He is refreshingly honest and attentive. If something was wrong, he corrected it. Numbers matter - his referral incentive and fair fee structure initially sold us and his personality and flexibility has kept us.
