I am writing to formally confirm that I have sent a request to cancel the listing agreement for ______ Simcoe Street N, Unit ____. I initially reached out yesterday, March 29th, 2024, at 3:08 PM, and I followed up with another reminder today at 11:15 AM, March 30th, 2024.
The purpose of the cancellation documents is to release you from any further obligations or commitments to us regarding the unit. Once these documents are signed, you are free to proceed as you see fit without any ties to our brokerage.
Additionally, I have taken the necessary steps to inform the Durham Police Department about the lock change required for the main entrance of Unit ____. I have attached a screenshot of the communication for your reference. It is imperative that we change the lock promptly. I have included a form with this email for you to fill out and forward to the management team as soon as possible. Kindly emphasize the urgency of the situation in your email and request expedited assistance due to the theft of the lockbox. Once you receive confirmation from the management, please send me the details so that I can transfer the payment of _______ to you via e-transfer. Please let me know the email address I should use for the transfer.
Furthermore, I want to assure you that I am available to assist with any additional paperwork or support related to the lease at any time. Your satisfaction and smooth handling of this matter are of utmost importance to me.

Expérience négative: Arul sivasubramaniam is a very unprofessional and disrespectful agent! Me and my husband were looking for a realtor to buy a home and he was one of the closest one to my area. After meeting with him he came and told me that there is a curse on my family he specially use the tamil word "katu" and only if we go to his church the curse will be lifted. He said he has God powers and he can see the evil in us. I was so sad and never ever had a experience like this in my life. I am also a catholic myself however he said only his church can cure us. Me and my husband was so sad we came looking for help to buy a house but incoutered a terrible experience. Mr.Arul learn how to be respectful of other people and if you are truly God child you will not say things like that.

I had never thought to deal with a mortgage broker to find a rental, but I am so ecstatic we did? He worked around our schedule and drove in terrible weather to meet us. When we were unsure of one place, it was on to the next. He didn't quit until he found out perfect fit. One night he showed us seven houses, and not only was still incredibly enthusiastic about it, but he got to know us and our family through the conversations at each house to ensure he met our needs. He was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to find us a home to meet our needs. It only made sense that I would reach out to him again when I was ready to buy our first home. Arul was very patient with me throughout our home search. He was able to find us a home that truly exceeded our expectations and stuck to our initial budget. He was even able to negotiate a price below asking - which felt like winning the lottery! After moving in to our home, we were faced with an unexpected plumbing issue. As we did a Property Inspection prior to closing, the sellers were not willing to assist with the Plumbing bill.
