Expérience négative: My home sold in 1 showing. Deerbrook got money for pounding a sign in the lawn. When the process was finalized a traditional gift was left for me (how thoughtful). Inside, the box was a card addressed to someone else (THREE YEARS AGO!). ALL THE FOOD WAS EXPIRED. I could've been so sick. I called my Realtor & he lied stating 'they' must have received my box not realizing i had already checked dates and contacted company that puts together the gift box. I was so hurt I called the office and even delivered the box back to them. NOT A SINGLE PERSON CALLED TO ADRESS THIS. I WAS AN EASY CUSTOMER WHO GOT THEM MONEY QUICK AND IN THE END I WAS TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. I AM NOT SURE HOW THEY COULD DISREGUARD A PERSON LIKE THIS WHEN MOVING IS A HEAVY, EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE. DEERBROOK ENDS THIS EXPERIENCE WITH AN INSULT. DON'T BELIEVE THE PAID, 5 STARS. THOSE ARE THE CLIENTS HE GOLFS WITH.

Expérience négative: Mario Demarco was listing agent for a property I was trying to buy. The experience was exhausting from start to finish. I was told lies about who owed it which seemed totally unnecessary. Offers were made and deadlines were ignored . Then he would reconnect and start with the stories again. My agent was ever so patient with his antics and helped me tremendously. Finally an offer was accepted , contract was signed. Unfortunately the deal fell through cause the owner of the property was bankrupt and too many creditors wanted to be paid. Mario even suggested l should pay more to appease the creditors. Thank the lord my lawyer knows how to do his job or I would be in a mess. I felt the whole process lacked transparency and the Mario wasn’t bargaining in good faith. Unfortunate reflection on Deerbrook Reality company.

Expérience négative: I visited one of your rental properties in Windsor, I was then asked to fill out an application. When I was given a "blank" application to fill out, it had personal information from another applicant. When I was given the blank application to fill out which arrived on my email at night, they had already accepted another applicant for that property that same evening, and I was not even given the opportunity to file my application. As a tenant who is putting in effort every day to search for an ideal rental property, this was a huge waste of my time and trust in your competency as an organization. As a Brokerage, if you are coordinating a property viewing and send an application to fill out, you should first ensure it is the correct file, and that you provide adequate time and opportunity to the candidate to fill it out. When I expressed this to your office, I was told that someone would reach out to me to discuss this further, and of course no one did. I hope that for the sake of of other tenants, you do a better job of planning.

Many times, since I bought this home (4 years ago), Robert has given me a lot of great advice, including improvement ideas and contractor’s names in the event that I needed repairs. Four months ago, before listing it, Robert suggested a price for my house. A week before listing it, he recommended a new price that was much higher than the original amount.
