Expérience négative: Eddie comes across as nice but is actually a terrible landlord and person. He should not be able to lease apartments or own any homes with tenants in them. He allowed me and my children to live in a home with the neighbors bathtub leaking into my apartmentfor over 10 months, i had no electricity working in my kitchen ... all because I wouldn't take his money offer to move. He pushed me out as I didnt feel safe with my kids in his Home. He allowed the water tank to leak all into my unit after texting him for months advising it was leaking. It had not one but 2 gas leaks, I had to call the city on him, ESA on him and everything. Should be illegal for him to rent/lease or sell any property. He is by far the slummest landlord ever.

He brought people through my home without my permission and misled me about it, claiming only a couple of professionals were coming by. When I confronted him, he denied it until I showed him a screenshot from my security camera. Additionally, he was dishonest with the inspector about some damage in the house. Overall, I cannot recommend his services.

I did not feel pressured to rush my decisions. Homam pointed out all the necessary points that I should be aware of when buying a house. Sorry a real-estate company is only as good as its worst agent, they all work together and see who's doing what wrong. And keep it to themselves. Proper scammers.

Expérience fantastique: I would like to thank my wonderful realtor Lorne Dupuis for pulling off the almost impossible. He got my home sold in 1 week for a fair market price in a lagging market. There are more houses for sale in my area right now, than buyers. I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in July. I either called Lorne right from the hospital or as soon as I got home. I was calling my lawyer from the hospital. I've known Lorne for four years. I asked the hospital to let me go early so I would be home for Brian's 19th birthday. On the day Lorne was booked to come do a walk through and take pictures of my home I got very ill again. I didn't want to put it off so as the same time Lorne was on his way to my house so was an ambulance. When Lorne came in I was very ill. I'm sure I had a look of pleading if not in my voice at least in my eyes and "Please get my home sold so I can get the boys settled as soon as possible." Lorne went to work as soon as I got home again. He booked up to 4 showings a day for seven days. Not only is he very intelligent he is also a good honest man full of integrity. I think so highly of Lorne that right now I wish he was one of the boy's godfather. I always want the boys to have strong, good, honest, reliable role models that are authentic and transparent. Lorne has all these attributes. I would recommend him to all my friends and loved ones. Thank you my friend.

Expérience négative: Zero stars but had to give one to post!. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I had the most unprofessional untrained realtor, Mikey Hassan Abdullah who pushed the sale so hard I was in tears. After only 13 days on the market stopped showing my property. I had a realtor call to make an appointment. They were deflecting my showings by saying it was pending sale, AND when I told him to leave the house on the market because the numbers weren't good my realtor started having an adult tantrum because I told him the number doesn't get me out of debt. He told me he wasn't going to be able to get the numbers I needed after weeks of telling me he could no problem. I had 2 offers on the 10th day and he only presented one, He turned his focus onto his commission. It was so bad that he didn't even let me make a phone call on offer day, calling me back to back because he didnt want to lose the offer that was WAY to low for my property, even in a comparison, (i sent him neighborhood homes that had sold to ask comparison and he would ignore the question and show me 2 and 3 bedroom homes that didn't compare) I have all the text (you cant lie on me) I had a 2 bath 4 plus 1 very large bd, 3 floor home with new roof new furnace new bathroom new appliances, even listed it lower then we spoke in my living room. The explanation for that was stooped aswell. Most unprofessional company. And i stand on that. This is absolutely the truth. With proof i have it all. We struggled to close yesterday Jump has even willingly given up some of the commission because they my lawyer chewed them up. i have been left in financial ruins over this. Im a handicapped single mother, and now homless and in the negative because of this brokerage. And NO im not exaggerating, my property was worth 75,000 100,000 more EASILY, I have had 4 other seasoned realtors tell me I have been robbed (i will be naming them in my process too). I had spoken to jump including his agent about this, and they weren't even the ones who suggested that we cancel the sale, i had to get a lawyer to tell me this move 2 and a half weeks in. But it was about the timing for me, he knew I had a deadline and just wanted his money and didn't care about my small children and a dog who have been now staying with family in Toronto because I have no family here and no house or money to get a new one. This is the most unprofessional experience I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies. On my deads, my lawyer will make you never forget to respect women again. I feel like im living in a nightmare. Michael, you are a horrible realtor who has sent my family into homelessness for a 10,000 commission that will get much smaller soon. Slime city. Your not a gangster so bullying ppl for a commission is crazy work.

This was a very difficult situation regarding the sale of a family generational home during a very nasty divorce, and Amy did an excellent job, not only in the duties of a realtor, but also that of a caring person providing emotional support, advice and even helping me when it came to family law issues.
