Positive experience: Very friendly landlord Ravi, helped me out by even driving me to the office when the wireless pinpads wer not working for my rent payment.
Negative experience: Very poor service. We signed a lease two months in advance for a January 1 move-in. On December 11, Avenue Living told us the apartment would no longer be available because the current tenants were not moving out—even though we had already transferred utilities and booked furniture. They forced us to view another unit we didn’t like and then told us we had to take it at a higher price. The manager Myles was rude and unprofessional. This caused us extreme stress and left us without proper housing options. Would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: I have 1 star due to the shear lack of empathy they have for potential renters. If it were possible I'd give zero stars for the zero times they made an effort to show up for viewings. On two separate occasions they failed to show up or even get back to me. I am usually a nice person so I waited and waited, until I had waited an hour on top of the 10 minutes I wasted being early to make a good impression. I even called and respectfully asked them about the holdup, they gave my call to some lady in Calgary. Don't get me wrong this lady was a sweetheart, but I am in Regina. So I don't know how she would be able to help. Then the second that I got the right phone number this lady put me on hold for 10 minutes just to hang up!? Even putting a 1/5 feels like overkill, it feels too nice for people who don't even care to show up and do their jobs correctly.

Negative experience: This property is a total scam! We live in one of their properties and have been facing hot water issues for 3 weeks and no one has showed up despite calling 4 times. Two people in our house have gone so sick that they couldn’t work properly. Every time we call them about the issue, we get the same answer that we are following up! They always have temporary solutions to major issues in the house.

Negative experience: Terrible service for broken stuff I have waited for almost a month for my in unit washer to be fixed. I have called all the contacts I could get and all I get is it has been assigned to an outside contractor. How long does it take to fix or replace broken washer. Very disappointed and this is the 3rd time this is happening in a span of 5months renting with them

Positive experience: I currently reside at 34 kleisinger in Regina. The building has had its share of issues, which is why im giving it a 3 star, but the onsite maintenence person Jeff has been amazing. He takes all of our requests seriously and theyre always done in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. He has certainly made our experience here a positive one.

Negative experience: Where do I even begin? I moved in at the start of July. To preface; I paid all my deposits the 28th of June, and prior to this payment I made it WELL KNOWN to the agent that my plan was to move in during that weekend (I referenced the 29th specifically). Now for details; I did move into the general BUILDING the 29th, into a spare empty unit down the hall from the planned unit I would live in. Despite these folks knowing for nearly a whole MONTH prior, no repairs or cleaning were done until the 2nd of July when I moved in. So I lived somewhat as a ‘squatter’ for 2 days in this spare unit waiting for this to happen; lovely feeling as you can imagine (sarcasm). Now in this spare unit I stayed in temporarily I stored my belongings and of course, food there while I was in move-limbo. The fridge/freezer did not work. The person from maintenance took a WHOPPING 5-second look and told me it was working just fine. So the next morning I made a point of coming to their office, spoiled groceries in hand, and asking that someone deal with this. (I eventually got a credit on my rental account to compensate for the groc). It wasn’t until an agent came to check on me, that they realized that the fridge/freezer, while running, was HOT to the touch on the inside. Fast forward to the past week; I put in a request regarding some repairs needed in my washroom, namely a small hole in the tub surround (covered with plaster of all things), a tap whose handle would itself turn into its own faucet, and a GENUINE concern for what looked like black mold. I got notification that repairs were done while I was at work; I was quite happy initially because I believed that I’d see some improvement. I come home, excited to see their work, and LITERALLY NOTHING. Same leak, same suspicious hole in the surrounding. Same black gunk in spots around the shower. These people are ROYALLY incompetent from the top down! I gone into this rental hearing nothing but good about avenue from friends and acquaintances, and the reality is so bleak and opposite to that it’s concerning to say the least. I genuinely regret moving in with this company. Steer clear. At the VERY least, of avenue’s Regina office. Additional review to add; 26/09/2025: it has been a business week since this company said they’d reach out. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS WITH NO INTENTION ON IMPROVING UPON THEIR ALREADY SHODDY WORK ETHIC!!!!

Negative experience: Extremely Unprofessional Company. My partner and I did a lease takeover over 5 months ago. Avenue Living was really hard to get ahold of, even just to get a copy of our signed lease agreement, and it took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails. 3 months after moving In, I had a knock on the door from an Avenue Living Representative, asking for the previous tenant on the lease, who is no longer living here. Still, to this day, when I call Avenue Living (all I can get is a call center, who will not get me in contact with a representative who can help me), they cant find me in their system, and have my apartment listed under the previous tenant. Here's my biggest issue with Avenue Living. They entered my home without legal rights. A notice was posted on my door, on a Friday, stating they would be entering on Monday, between 8am-4:30pm. My partner called, to inform them that the notice they Posted was not valid, due to it having an 8 and a half hour time period listed. As Saskatchewan Rental Laws state, "A landlord may only provide a maximum Four Hour period, Between 8am and 8pm to enter the unit." I was uncomfortable with the thought of random people in my unit, while I'm not there, and simply needed a notice with a maximum of a 4 hour time period, so I could make sure to be home for the inspection. Avenue Living was informed of the law, and that their notice of entry was not valid on thr Friday. I received no further notices. On Monday, when I had gone out for less than an hour, I came home to find 6 Avenue Living Workers in my home. (Despite not receiving a Legal Notice of Entry, I find it to be unreasonable how many of them were in my unit). I was very upset, considering Avenue Living was told they did not have legal rights to enter my home, and told them I needed them to leave. The workers did not close the bedroom and closet doors (which I keep closed because my cats get into things when I am not around), and did not inform me that they had opened them. When I went into my bedroom, I found my cat had eaten the straps off of a dress and a shirt. I've been watching my cat for the last couple of days, to ensure she is healthy after eating a dangerous material. Im very upset because the negligence of Avenue Living entering my home without a valid notice of entry, and leaving my doors open, has caused my cats health to be put at risk and property damage to my dress and shirt. I've tried numerous times in the last 3 days to contact Avenue Living, and I receive no response. The call center is no help, as they just keep telling me I need to wait for a local Avenue Living Representative to email me. I was promised 3 separate times now that that would email me by a specific time, yet still receive no communication.

Negative experience: Worst ever experience of renting unit in this apartment of Avenue Living in south Regina at Spence St. The only window in this unit was broken and unable to open it as locks were not working and to keep it open we have to keep something inbetween which os shown in picture, before we moved in, so we complained them to repair it as soon as possible. I moved in on 4th april and till today there is no proper reaponse from them, everytime we try to call them they say it is not in our hand we have to get approval from head office and only then we can move forward. It is more than 3 months and we are still suffering. Since last 10 days whole apartment is without hot water, when we ask them when will boiler start working? , their answer is we have conatcted repairing agency and they will look into it. Atlest this basic needs off all residents should be taken care of as early as possible not take so much of time and making it inconvienient for all residents to live peacefully. So any maintenance in their apartment or units take lot more time than usual. Heater have been stopped with informing the residents. Flooring is uneven and makes noise when we walk. I would not recommend any new tenant to lease their apartment, you would find better ones which are cheaper and far better than this. We have already made our wort decision to move to this apartment, i dont want anyone else suffer from this so please please avoid leasing their apartments.

Negative experience: i’ve booked a couple apartment showings with them and they have booked me showings at places without 2 bedroom apartments available, even though i CALLED and specified 2 bedroom only and they said no problem we have available units!! they also showed me an apartment with an active cockroach infestation, literally bugs and roaches crawling up the walls. the unit was also incredibly dirty and all of their apartment buildings smell like garbage. definitely not renting with them.

Negative experience: Worst place to live. Do not recommend to lease with Avenue living. No proper management or maintenance team. Bugs in the whole apartment. Shutting off water without notice, no heat in some units. Filthy place to live.
Fantastic experience: I am living in Avenue Living Regina for last 1.5 years at 34 Spence St. I moved there as a newcomer to Canada. This appartment is perfect for calling a home. Admin staff like Myles(appartment manager) always tried figure out my any queries and make us fill touched with his warm solutions. Neha is always helpful. Dasha just came as new manager and she always raise her hand dealt with my queries. I would like to thank maintainance staff Adam, Robert, Joseph and others. Appartment, itself, is full of natural light till sun sets everyday. Walkable distance to busstops, major grocery stores, banks, and lots more. Negative experience: To summarize, I received a confirmation text indicating that I had a viewing scheduled for today. However, when I tried to call the leasing agent to confirm, I was disappointed to learn that she had not received my viewing request and was uncertain about the property's availability. I had carefully planned my day off around this viewing time, only to end up wasting the entire day. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be considering renting from them in the future. Also added in the screenshot for the proof.
Negative experience: Worst experience and worst management. I took a lease over property in last october. The lease ended on 31st January 2025. And I am still waiting on my deposit. Its been 2.5 months already. There is no response from this management. I am a student and this management is actually harrassing me mentally just for a deposit. When I called them and been to their office they said I owe them $400 and out of $750 they are cutting that amount and $175 saying shampoo wasn’t done. When it was done and it was informed my co-tenants to the management. Not only that but before moving out I cleared my account with Neha who manages this rent stuff. And when I said that I am very upset and this management sucks their response was like Okay that’s fine. I mean like do you even care about your customers?? Its about to be three months. It is not a big amount for you and your management but as a student it affects me alot more than you can ever think. And ofcourse the main office is also not helping I talked with them yesterday and the guy actually laughed when I told him everything that this is what happening. And I have details for each and every payment I made. But they are not even communicating and updating me. This is such a worst management I will never ever rent a place from this management. I will take a necessary action if I am not receiving any updates or my deposit anytime soon now. Because this is too much now.
Negative experience: I have been living at 27 Vaughn St Regina Avenue Living for the past few months When we signed up for this apartment lease we weren't told that there were a lot of bedbugs here. Initially when we felt itching, we went to the doctor. We got ourselves treated which cost us a lot of money. Then when we found out that there were bedbugs in the house, we threw away the household items which cost us a lot of money. I am not posting the picture of the bed bugs here because it won't look good. Secondly, apartments of this size in this building are available at cheap rates and they have offered it to us at a very high price. For new tenants $1274 1 bedroom apartment, I'm paying for the same apartment $1360.

Negative experience: Currently renting an apartment through Avenue Living in the north end of Regina. When we first moved in to the building, they had recently taken over ownership of the building. At the time it was seemingly a clean well maintained space for an older building. Many of the tenants were long term (10+ yrs) renters and proudly called this building their home. We felt confident in our decision moving here. However, things continued to spiral down hill over the first 6 months and continue to do so. Shared spaces not being kept clean, maintenance requests not being tended to in a timely manner (neighbours in building reporting 3+ month response time), safety measures not being taken seriously (locks on main doors left broken for weeks allowing anyone into the space and have found squatters in the building), there has been mold issues in shared spaces and suits that were left unattended until people threatened to escalate, issues with bed bugs and cockroaches for many, and possibly the most frustrating and disgusting thing is the garbage room maintenance. This is a picture from today, and there are many many more that have been documented over the last 3 years and shared with Avenue Living. I could only open the door half way today due to everything piled up. In some cases the garbage shoot SO backed up it’s been blocked up to the fourth floor. Have seen raw meat, and other produce rotting on the floor for days on end in the garbage room drawing in mice and of course more roaches. We have also had issues with people using the walk way up to doors as a parking/loading/unloading zone. I get this is convenient when moving in and out or for elderly especially in the winter time. However, people have been using it freely more and more. They finally listed a note notifying and warning that this space was for emergency vehicles only. HOWEVER, just a few days later I saw that the building manager had parked there when visiting the building. Naturally I confronted him for clarification in regards to the letter and what the actual rules of that zone were. He understood the point behind my question and gave me a little smirk and said that he would only be there 5 minutes. In other words, I guess you could say that his time is so valuable that he proceeds emergency vehicles like their letter stated. I know that countless people, including myself, have made complaints to Avenue Living about these continual issues and changes we wish to see in the building and management style. I have read some positive reviews from other Avenue Living renters, mostly coming out of the south end of the city. We have experienced so much ignorance, disrespect and general lack of care over the three years renting through them. If you are considering renting from Avenue Living, I would highly recommend that you reconsider your decision.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences ever, I saw a man jerking in the laundry room and did a complaint to the managers, but no replys after that. I pay 1400 for one bedroom and can't sleep properly because, the kids are always playing in the hallway with a soccer ball slamming my door all the time. DON'T EVER COME HERE I am leaving soon.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here going on 3 years and have had absolutely no issues getting stuff done. Myles is on top of things but will give a bigger shout out to Adam who goes above and beyond for the tenants.
Negative experience: Absolute worst management team ever experienced. They are impossible to get ahold of and will not answer a phone call or email if you ever need questions answered, and continue to state they will "get back to you" but never do. After giving notice to move out we were given a move out date of November 30th and paid the remaining dues to get out of the lease. We were not able to contact anyone regarding clarification on anything.. (they just put a letter under the door with a move out date) and they now continue to send requests for additional charges well after the move out date stating that $ is owed for another months rent after we requested our security deposit back. The property manager is impossible to contact and will only respond via text message now... This company is a scam I would look elsewhere for housing.
Negative experience: 453 Retallack Street, heater is isn't working again, this has been going on for months, it's the 2nd of January 2025 what a way to start the new year. Calling maintenance is a drag, when you call you'll have to be lucky to get someone, and if you do get someone they come when they want to. The garbage collection is so infrequent, garbage scattered all over the place it's just down right nasty and poses a health risk. I want to leave but now avenue living is saying I should pay for a month that I'll not be there in order to break contract. You're lucky I'm unable to give u no stars. My experience has been terrible. The place is unsupervised, homeless guy came in sleeping in the hall way, we called maintenance nobody appears, all avenue living does is collect the rent, they don't keep their end of the bargain.
Positive experience: I just moved out of an avenue living apartment. From the initial move in to my move out, Myles my landlord, was attentive, kind and super easy to work with. Myles always went the extra effort to ensure things were being taken care of in a timely manner and I truly appreciated that. I will miss my apartment. Thanks Myles and team!

Fantastic experience: I rent with avenue living and I had some issues with my unit, so I called the office and explained. Myles one of the managers helped me through all the steps and showed us different other units. Very respectful and outstanding person and he was with us till we found a new unit. Negative experience: Worst Moving-Out Experience - Unresolved Issues I am extremely disappointed with my moving-out experience with Avenue Living. Despite vacating the property on time and following all procedures, I have not yet received my security deposit refund. Additionally, I was not provided with a final meter reading, which has caused further confusion and frustration. I have visited your office in person to seek a resolution, but unfortunately, no solution has been offered. This lack of communication and support is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better service from a company like Avenue Living, but this experience has left me with a very negative impression. I hope these issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Negative experience: Been in one of the apartments for last three months. Having issues from very first day. I called the office thousand times for hot/luke water in my apartment but its not fixed yet. I have two kids, most of the time they have to take shower with cold water and they get sick. We are new comers and very much surprised with the bad Maintenance services. From this morning, there is no water in my apartment and i was not given any notice before. I am stuck with my kids. No drinking water, no cooking, no washing.. I have to go to work now and dont know what to do. My kids are very fed up with Avenue living regina services . I Skipped mentioning the other problems...
Negative experience: My grandma is a old lady living alone in their apartment at 34 Kleisinger cres for 16 years. She was given a doctor's order to move. She took care of the apartment and ended up moving to a old folks home. She also had issues with bed bugs in the apartment. The man who did the walk around with her when she moved out said she would get the damage deposit. Her and her son each called at least twice a week and they kept telling her she would get it and would give excuses. They ended up telling her eventually she passed the timeframe that she is eligible for the refund. The way this company is treating the elderly is disgusting.
Negative experience: In the last 4 days, we called this number you are providing now for more than 10 TIMES. NO ACTION. A family of 4 with no washer for one week!!!!! The maintenance didn't show up. Even we didn't receive a call from your side. Very bad service.
Negative experience: AVOID AVENUE LIVINGS. The amount of people who have rented from them and had issues with cockroaches, heating and plumbing say enough. These are slumlords who only care for the $$, not the safety or health of tenants. Their landlords are super unprofessional as well. Vincent from Regina had showed up without keys, took off and never bothered to show back up again. Despite my multiple attempts to contact management, I have been ignored and nothing has been done.

Fantastic experience: I spent 1.5 years with Avenue living with different locations. But, Regina office works really excellent. Mr.Myles is such a great human and he always ready and love to help all tenants. He is very honest person. He is working above and beyond of his duties. Negative experience: They must delete bad reviews because I dont see how this company can have such a good review score. Ive lived with Avenue living for 2 years and decided to move out because of on going mold issues and the fact they keep raising the rent $100 or more each time I renewed my lease. $1300 for a moldy 1 bedroom apartment is not worth it. They do respond to service requests in a timely manner but many times I was told they have to come back and they never do. To make things worse they want to charge me a move out administrative fee of $75 and over $500 for cleaning, painting and furniture removal. Ive had to scrub mold off those walls through out my stay and when I moved out the place was pretty much spotless. All my cupboards were wiped out, fridge was wiped out and clean, and floors were swept and mopped. I will admit to leaving a dresser and table and I am willing to pay that and even the painting as I did make some nail holes for pictures etc. but no where did I make any damage that caused $250 worth of paint. Id advise anyone to be aware of 2630 6th Ave North in Regina. That building needs to demolished. See attached photos of the hazardous material they removed from other apartments.
Negative experience: They really only care about the rent fron tenants. When it comes to making thejr tenants happy they drop thr ball like forgetting or losing thr work order to come and replace a ac unit that barely worked at rhe beginning of summer and waiting till the end of summer to fix it. Or you refer a friend and they just never apply the $250 discount and make them pay it a few days before rent is due again. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH A RENTAL. UPDATE. moved out and they are charging me $300 to move out for a cleaning fee and painting 3 walls (at $50 each) I LEFT THE APARTMENT CLEANER THEN WHEN I LEFT IT AND I AM STILL BEING CHARGED

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience with avenue living team especially with Osama Jabbar the Property manager who in turn helped us with everything. Currently living in Unit 15, 2220 Lord Robinson Apartments is one of the best possible location close to all the amenities and even bus stop is few minutes walk from our apartment. At first, we were pretty much concerned about our housing here in regina coz we had no one over here to guide us through our move in plan. So, we recently moved in here to regina because of Osama Sir help. He is the one who made it look so easy and convenient for us to get here without any hesitation. Moreover, we really appreciate him for providing us with this incredible housing.

Negative experience: I really love how they never respond to my messages and never call me back, I love wasting my time by always having to go down to the office or call back at another time!! Also my apartment has roaches!!! I love having cute little critters to welcome me when I come home!! And to solve that issue, they literally only put 3 sticky traps down and called it a day!! I don't know if they’re doing anything else for the roaches because they never followed up with me!! Its great!!

Fantastic experience: I've been staying at Lockhart Manor for the past 2 months and I've had really good experience till now especially with the response and help from Osama. Had few issues like cockroaches and leakage from the apartment above, but, all the issues were looked into and handled very well by the management. I'd refer avenue living to any of my friends for sure.

Negative experience: I've been renting with Avenu Living for a few months now and I have to say it is one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. They are immensely unprofessional, and never follow up on the things they said they'd fix and or do. I've had a broken patio door for weeks that constantly let's cold air in. They came to fix it and made it worse, said they'd come back and never did. It's been 2 weeks since then, and now there's snow. Rent privately and save some money, this corporation is awful and only cares about getting the rent and not the renter.

Positive experience: I’ve been renting with Avenue Living for two weeks now and I would recommend it from where I stand. A little pricey, but i would still go for it if you’re particular about cleanliness, hygiene and prompt updates. Note that the lease-break charges are quite tricky and expensive, so ensure you get that clarified before you sign-up The first Appartment i moved into was a basement which a friend saw but wasn’t super clear about. We requested for a change in the same building and our manager (Osama) helped us move into a brand new place on the floor above. Osama was available 24/7 to help is move, get things fixed and address our concerns. He also did help settle in for things outside the tenancy like part-time jobs, buying a car, general advice about the city and things to watch out for. I did happen to call the call center once / twice and they were quite prompt in swinginng into action. I’m eager to see how we feel in a few months when it gets cold and harsh. I’m expecting them to support them as well as they have done until now :) I’ll put another review in the winter months!

Positive experience: I've been renting for a few years now with Avenue Living and have seen many problems. BUT after starting to work with Amanda things have gotten much much better! She puts in a lot of effort to make sure that your home is comfortable. She has been wonderful to work with and I very much appreciate her. Recently Edward Orozco came in to completely renovate the flooring that I was having trouble with. He did a good job and worked hard while being respectful. Very happy with the recent support from these 2 workers!

Negative experience: I had a really very bad experience with the viewing of the apartment in Regina. I booked a viewing of 2BHK but on the day before my viewing, they said it is not available. Also, I booked another viewing and the agent asked me to wait for half an hour he didn't show up for the viewing and I was so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. I called their call center from my home country and they immediately arranged an agent for me. Prashant and Osama (Property managers) helped and guided me in regards to area, and showed me an available place and we signed the lease on the same day. I would recommend them to everyone who is moving here in Regina. Thank you guys.
Negative experience: Why would someone call me on a holiday about my Google review? I’ve been calling the office since Thursday about the lack of snow removal. It only took four days to get done and after many people getting stuck. When I called Thursday about questions about snow removal in the parking lots, I was first transferred to “Moe” Thursday then he transferred me to someone else and our call got disconnected…? Whoever did call back but I was trying to get out so I can pick up my boys from school and I was almost late because I was stuck. I cannot believe the parking lots are NOT a priority. That just baffles my mind along with every other tenant that helped me and that I helped get out from being stuck.
Negative experience: Be Aware of Avenue living .Ripping of people at the end of lease. Miles (property manager )was so rude at the time of inspection.They use super cheap quality products which are never last for a year so they can charge you big chunk of money and use that money to remodel cheap apartment and increase rent saying its fully renovated. Renting property from last 8 years in Regina never had this kind of poor service and charges at the time of vacant. They changed $200 for touch-up of paint thats what they said but painted whole apartment .$400 for flooring which was laminated ( if you put anything heavyweight on it leaves marks on flooring ). But next tenant never got flooring changed. Just stealing people money. Never recommend any one there are lots better company like ICR , Barlett and board walk.
Negative experience: Girlfriend has lived here since september, theres been a vehicle parked in her spot broken down the whole time, she had no heat for three weeks during the cold snap in January, and we're currently sitting in the hallway at midnight because we just got home from a two week work shift and they changed the lock while we were gone.. and yes rent was paid
Fantastic experience: Started looking at potential places to rent 2 weeks ago. Called about a specific listing which Osama (the residential portfolio manager) informed was in a rougher neighborhood and he reccomended looking at a different property. Went and looked at it and it was in process of being renovated. It was a beautiful, well kept building and the renovation, though in progress, looked amazing. However it did not meet our outdoor requirements ie a balcony or other similar area. Osama kept in touch and suggested another location which we looked at 2 different apartments in the same building. We decided to apply for one of the apartments. We were patient and though parts of the application process were lengthy, Osama and Prashant (leasing specialist) kept checking in with us and kept us updated. Both gentlemen were professional, polite, and eager to answer questions and assist in any way. Our application was accepted and we were granted early access at no extra charge. On site while doing the walk through and to get keys with Osama and Prashant we were joined by our new building manager and another associate who were also professional and polite. We noticed a few items needing to be looked at by maintenance crew once we officially moved in and they were/are being looked at and solved in a very timely manner. We look forward to continuing as tenants in this building with such helpful staff available.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting my unit for over a year and every time I have needed information, or support my building manager, leasing agent, and maintenance crew has been prompt, personable, reliable, and reachable. I have had after hours support for issues that I felt needed attention. I also have a dog, and every time Adam comes to attend to my unit I feel confident he gives her just as much attention as he does my maintenance request. 10/10 would highly recommend the Regina team!!

Fantastic experience: A while back we were looking for a place and this perfect little apartment that had been newly renovated just happened to cross our path. It's been nearly two years and I'm still so happy to be living here. Whenever there is a maintenance problem or inquiry Clint is always there to help and he gets the job done quick! He's always so friendly too!
Negative experience: Lenburne Appartment/ 30 Spence,St. Mice in suites, I have had over 15 mice in my suite in a 3 month period, Because tenants continually block the entrance doors open, I told Miles about it, Nothing has been done about it. Mice come in suites from the hallways, Because of people blocking the entrance doors open all the time,.Mice are coming in to building. Also there are 2 types of bugs in my suite, since spring, I told Miles about it,He said next time he is around in building he will come in and take a look , This was over a month ago,When i told him, He hasn,t been here yet.

Fantastic experience: So far living with Avenue living I haven't had any issues. I enjoy the upgrades they just completed in my building. Everytime I see Andrew in the halls he is always friendly to me and my family.
Positive experience: Had some minor issues with the apartment (which is common in older buildings, I'm not worried) and the second it was brought to their attention, Avenue Living came and got it sorted! Fantastic experience: I had an emergency water leak in the washroom late in the evening. Andrew called and raced over as soon as i told him the tap broke. He had all the tools and parts to fix immediately. Great job. Andrew is very friendly and very humble.

Fantastic experience: I want to shout out a big Thank You to Adam and Andrew (Dynamic Duo Maintenance Men). I saw them outside near their work van. From my balcony I asked if they could help remove my patio doors so I could wash in between the glass I couldn’t get at. They said they could do it right now. We got my doors all clean and clear. Wahoo! I Informed them of some major problems with the balcony doors leaking water in heavy rain and how I have been locked out on my balcony a few times because the lock is faulty and I have to hold the locking door open with a rock for safety. Adam immediately sent a request to head office for possibly new doors. Then I asked if they could look at my toilet as the base is loose. Andrew tightened that up for me in two shakes. Kudos to you fellas for helping me out.
Fantastic experience: I called Saturday afternoon and placed my request for service. Tuesday morning Adam and Andrew showed up with a brand new air conditioner! They promptly installed it, were friendly and professional. Asked if I had any other concerns. I told them about my stove on how it flips the breaker if I use two many burners at once. He looked a breaker box and called the issue in. Explained that they would be back in a few days to patch and paint wall once it dries out from water damage from air conditioner. Very professional and friendly. I am happy I made choice to rent from Avenue Living.

Positive experience: Recently relocated to Regina as a healthcare worker so my spouse and I could be closer to her family. I looked at many places, and accidentally came upon a rental for Lady Robinson. I was contacted by Amanda P. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about her company. The rental suite that was available was under renovations (new flooring, bathroom and paint). Because the suite was not ready to see, she took me to an identical suite that was already renovated for me to see as the final product. Amanda was wonderful in guiding us through the rental process from tenant insurance to hooking up power. The walk through went well, and the place looks wonderful after its face lift. I would give them a 4.5 but Google does not allow that. Thank you very Amanda and Myles for taking time to looking after us. Looking forward to a mutuality respective working relationship. MJL
