We have been here for 3 years and can say that this place is home and some where that I personally recommend to anyone looking for a place to consider. Negative experience: Rent at your own risk. COCKROACH INFESTATION. Just a few photos attached of cockroaches, cockroach feces (black specs like coffee grounds), and pigeon feces. My experience at 539 Armstrong has been the most difficult rental experience I have had to date. Due to ongoing cockroach infestations and consistently poor communication from property management, I was forced to apply for a Property Standards Inspection with the City of Kingston and file a T6 application with the Landlord and Tenant Board. I have documented these issues extensively with photos and written correspondence throughout my tenancy. I am also genuinely confused by the volume of recent five-star reviews this Company has received (particularly for 539 Armstrong/Riverstone). Upon closer inspection, several appear to originate from business accounts that posted multiple reviews for the same property within short timeframes. While others can form their own conclusions, I believe prospective tenants deserve transparency and firsthand tenant experiences when making housing decisions.
Fantastic experience: Great company that provides great housing options from student to retired. They have great leasing agents and a receptionist that handles all requests with care. The new buildings coming up look amazing as well! Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Excellent and professional team of individuals that work in Property Management and in the office , doing their best to respond to tenants requirements. Always creating nice events and social gatherings to get everyone together . Not to forget they also making tenants winning some trips to Disney.

Throughout my residency, the staff have been incredibly supportive and always responsive to my inquiries. The move‑in process was seamless, which made settling into my new home stress‑free. I've greatly enjoyed all the amenities and events, and I've loved meeting my new neighbours. There is a real sense of community here. I highly recommend renting with Patry Inc. Developments. The team and the community truly are exceptional!
Positive experience: Our toilet had stopped flushing and almost immediately Steve from maintenance came to fix the problem. We needed a new toilet. Steve made this process go quick and easy. His skill and professionalism is over the top. We now have a new beautiful toilet, thanks to Steve.

Negative experience: DO NOT GET INTO A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY. They pretend to be a property manager but zero response ever from them. We got out of a lease with them and they are still pulling funds illegally from my bank account. I have called 20x sent 20+ emails and zero response. The unit we rented had cockroaches and bats flying thru the venting system and entered the unit. Third world living conditions in their units. It’s disgusting, appalling and the nail on the coffin is they don’t respond to ANY contact you try to make with them. Go elsewhere!!!!
Negative experience: I rented from Patry Inc. for over three years at 539 Armstrong Road (Unit 408) and experienced repeated issues with their management, communication, and overall professionalism. I’m writing this to warn others — everything looks polished online, but once you move in, it’s a very different story. When I first took possession, the unit was not cleaned, painted, or repaired. I inherited it “as-is” from another tenant. My mother even cleaned the oven, fridge, sinks, and bathrooms on move-in day because they were filthy. The walls were mismatched from old paint jobs, and no maintenance was done before I moved in. Within weeks, my apartment flooded due to the tenant above. Patry took nearly a year to “close” the work order, and when they finally did, the “repairs” were minimal — patching and quick paint smudges that didn’t fix the damage. I lived for months with holes in the walls and peeling paint. Security and privacy were also serious concerns. A former tenant still had a key to the building and actually entered my apartment uninvited. Patry didn’t send anyone to change the locks until after the weekend, leaving my home unsecured for days. There were also instances of staff entering without notice or consent — a violation of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (RTA). As I prepared to move out in September 2025, I made multiple attempts to confirm my inspection, deposit return, and key handover process. I sent five unanswered emails and spoke by phone with Muhammad, Kaitlyn, and Accounts Receivable. Each gave me different or conflicting information. They insisted I must return keys by noon on September 30 — even though the RTA clearly states a tenancy ends at 11:59 PM on the final day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Per their staff’s instructions, I left my keys and parking pass on the countertop on September 30 when Jason (maintenance) was leaving for the day. As of October 8, 2025, more than a week later, I have not received my refundable deposit or even a written acknowledgment. Under the RTA, refundable deposits for keys and parking passes must be returned promptly once surrendered. Internal delays or “accounting processes” do not excuse a week-long delay or complete silence. I went above and beyond my legal obligations. Before leaving, I: • Professionally cleaned all carpets (rented machine for 24 hours). • Hand-scrubbed the oven, fridge, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and walls. • Left the unit in better condition than I received it. Patry’s silence, contradictions, and lack of professionalism show exactly how they treat tenants once you’re no longer paying them rent. They’ve ignored every reasonable attempt to communicate, delayed the return of funds that are legally mine, and shown no regard for tenant rights or basic decency. If you’re considering renting from them, document everything — every message, photo, and maintenance issue. Based on my experience, Patry Inc. is not a management company you can trust. Absolutely would not recommend.
Positive experience: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Patry building!. My building is well kept. Response to any problem is prompt. The staff I have dealt with are all nice, respectful and competent… the apartments themselves are up to date and attractive. No complaints here.

Fantastic experience: Zam, the maintenance person at 847 Development Dr., is doing an excellent job. Whenever I need work done in my unit, he responds immediately and keeps me informed over the phone when the job is complete or if he needs to return to finish his work. He also always cleans up after finishing the job, and I never see any dirt, even when he has to repair the walls or clean the air ducts, which are located in high ceilings in this building. Thank you, Zam, for your excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Patry property management have been extremely helpful and thorough with the entire move in process, it made the move very easy and smooth. Zem and Jason were especially helpful in taking the time to help with maintenance and ensuring everything was in great condition in the apartment. They both also took out extra time to share advice and help with installation related questions I had for the apartment. Negative experience: Maintenance phone line doesn't work. Not responding to emails to avoid making repairs required by the city. Planning on expanding another property on same location but not fix anything or communicate what is going on. They will get you to sign a lease and ignore your concerns.

Fantastic experience: Moved in October. Really good experience so far. Building is kept very clean and you can tell the staff does a lot of things behind the scenes to ensure a great living experience. The response time to requests and suggestions is pretty good. Gym and lounge is pretty wicked. Christmas decorations are up already. Can't wait until next summer when pool and BBQ patio is in full swing.
Fantastic experience: Lakshya was one of several property managers my daughter met with while looking for a new apartment in Kingston. One of the reasons we leaned towards the Patry properties was because his level of detail, level of care, perfect follow up and gentle reminders. And thanks to the Management and all the staff as well! *********** Brenda, the Customer Experience Co-Ordinator, is kind, super helpful and quick to act. When I was just inquiring about the unit I was interested in, she had Kaitlyn C contacted me right away. The communication is really good and fast with them. Brenda is always quick to respond to any situation that needs attention and action. The Stone Crest building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Jason, the maintenance person, is friendly, very helpful, and does his job well and more. When I submit a request for something to be checked or fix in my unit, it doesn't take long to be done. The Renter's Portal is user-friendly and very useful. The renters are nice friendly and quiet. The cleaning person, Sam, regularly vacuums the hallway. The person in-charge of the garbage room is doing a good job in keeping it clean and organized. Thank you so much to the Management and Staff of Patry Inc. Devt. (Stone Crest)! It's an ideal place to live in.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently moved into 150 marketplace in Barrhaven. What a great building. The location is the best part, every store you could ever need is right there. Also the amenities are nothing like i have ever seen before in a rental building.

She is thorough, responsive, listened attentively to all of our needs and selected properties and options that were within our price range. She had all of the information we requested readily available and was extremely helpful in making sure our needs were met and that we understood our lease agreement when it came time to sign. She was very timely in her replies and made sure to address any follow-up questions we had including information about parking, any additional fees expected with the building, and showing us all the available amenities. She also went out of her way to show us additional properties and layouts that met our needs. She also went above and beyond by making time for us to see multiple properties when we made an impromptu visit to Kingston. I highly recommend Sona to anyone in the Kingston and surrounding area who is looking for a new home!
Fantastic experience: Sona was an excellent rep for 2274 Princess - professional, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. She listened carefully to my daughter and son-in-law's needs and presented all available units for consideration. Without Sona's help they would still be searching with time frames closing in. With Sona they were able to secure a rental that perfectly fits their needs. Sona is capable and personable, and a delight to work with. She is a valuable asset to this organization.

Fantastic experience: We moved in about a month ago and have been very happy with the building and service. We recently had an issue with the dishwasher in the apartment, so I created a ticket for repair. Zem, the maintenance person, arrived promptly and was quick in getting it fixed

Fantastic experience: We've recently settled into Creekside apartments, and it's met all our expectations and more so far. Brenda, has been our point of contact for all queries and has been amazing in helping out with all questions that came up during the move in process. The unit was in great condition and clean when we moved in. The apartment building has great amenities - a well equipped gym, party room, and a study with WiFi which is nice as I work from home and it's nice to work somewhere outside my room, but not having to drive anywhere.
Fantastic experience: There are slight quirks and weaknesses to every business, but once you are in the capable hands of Brenda, your experience is bound to be nothing short of exceptional. She is always prompt and detailed in her responses to questions or concerns, and her empathy shows in every interaction. Brenda and her colleagues at the Patry office on McKay are delightful people, a far cry from the horror stories about other rental companies in the area.
Negative experience: This developer is a total scammer. Their buildings are extremely low quality. The materials are cheap and were falling apart before I even obtained possession. They gave me a unit that was dirty, full of the workers boots/food/drinks/dried urine, unfinished bathrooms with no moulding, warped baseboards, dirty marks on the wall, unfinished kitchen cabinets, and scratched vinyl. When I reported this, I was told by the superintendent it would be fixed, and the subsequent day, he lied to me and claimed that he never stated he would fix these things. I attempted to contact the owner Patry directly regarding this rude and dishonest building superintendent and never heard back. The builder then managed the property through their associated property management company once we received possession. They increased maintenance fees without doing an ounce of maintenance. The hallway carpets are filthy, the common washroom is always out of maintenance, there is no way to contact anyone in case of emergency, they have overcharged all of the owners and tenants for maintenance and property management fees, and they claim they know nothing about it IF you are able to get a hold of someone (which is impossible). I would not buy anything from this builder EVER.
Fantastic experience: Jason just saved my life and fixed my AC. He put extra work into finding a proper fuse and stayed until the job was done. AC has never felt better

Fantastic experience: Kingston deserves more luxury living and Patry is definitely meeting these requirements. It's not very often you see progressive out of the box thinking from Kingston businesses. The luxury living business attracts many families and young professionals. Negative experience: Was one of the pioneer batch of tenants who moved into creekside residence on August, 2021. Patry inc is a money grabbing organisation, with no care of resident's well-being at all. I will give you a few examples and you can take it at your own interpretation. 1) On the move in day, the glass sliding door that leads to the balcony was smashed, bits of the glass were lying on the balcony. They took almost one month to replace it. 2) The passenger lift was only available after 6 months of stay, we had to carry up all our furniture and appliances up the stairs, pretty much everything. Heavier appliances couldnt be delivered and installed because lift was not available. 3) Management team was slow to respond to complaints and feedbacks. I had to raise a complaint of the company to Tenant board in Kingston and Ontario before they change for the better. 4) Came to know that they moved most of their manpower on a new rental project, knowing that creekside project is not completed yet. 5) The building might look new, modern. But all the materials used to build the site is atrocious, cheap and easily damaged. That includes the appliances and walls in your unit. 6) Empty promises all the time. Just an organisation that is after your money and doesnt wish to give anything back in terms of tenant's well-being. Stayed at Creekside residence from August 2021 to July 2023. Very delighted and relieved to move out of this hell hole. But extremely thankful for Party Inc to provide us a perfect example of a terrible property management group.
Negative experience: Cockroaches!!!! Stay very far away from any Patry building! The buildings have bugs, dead rodents and Patry will not do any work on the property or in your unit unless forced. We were informed that the black mould was fine and totally not harmful. The Armstrong building is wood and you can hear every step your above neighbours take. Especially if said tenant is a stomper and again Patry will not do anything to help. No property manager has lasted. They have gone through 5 or 6 in 3 years. No super lives in the building so during an emergency or fire alarm in the middle of the night you will not see anyone from Patry for at least an hour or more. Every part of the units is built upside down or installed incorrectly from the shower doors to the patio doors being upside down. The bedroom floors squeak because they didn’t glue the sub floor There are carpet beetles. The entire building smells of garbage because they do not clean the garbage room. If your interested in over paying for a subpar apartment with 4 parking guest spots and zero help perfect.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Patry Inc. during my tenancy. One of the most frustrating aspects was the dishonesty during the lease signing process. They made promises to future tenants, but now it seems like they are going back on their word. This lack of transparency left us feeling misled and taken advantage of as renters. The focus on cost-cutting was evident, leading to subpar living conditions and maintenance issues that were not addressed promptly. Communication with the management was difficult, making it challenging to address concerns. It often felt like they prioritize profits over tenant well-being, which is disheartening. I hope they take feedback seriously and work towards bettering their practices for future tenants.
Negative experience: Rented an apartment at Hillendale avenue. Beyond the worst renting experience I have ever had. Had no A/C, and on top of that no window screens so I couldn’t open the windows. Asked the lady named Brenda for 11 months for window screens and she refused to, on top of that it was the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced in my life. In July it was so hot in the apartment that I would sweat just sitting, and as said prior they wouldn’t give us window screens to be able to open our windows. Would give Patry a 0 if possible, DO NOT RENT FROM PATRY
Fantastic experience: We have moved to Creekside apartments last week. A modern, new, clean and nice building with lots of amenities including modern, well-equipped gym (cardio/weights), entertainment room which the kids loved as containing several games in a spacious well furnished space, a party/library space which is a piece of art with 2 levels that is decorated to look like a historical place. There is a nice study/work spaces with available wifi. The entrance is very well decorated/furnished with secure entrance door. There is an attending staff to maintain clean environment. There is a laundry facility but we have the option of getting our own washing machine in suite as the connections are there in place which is a big plus. Brenda, the customer service agent is very helpful and professional, offering us a smooth move with very thoughtful gifts upon keys receiving. Turner the leasing agent was very helpful finalizing the lease agreement in 24 hours as we needed to move into the place quickly and helped with addition of the names of the family members to the lease agreement in a timely manner when needed. We had an issue with electricity out of hours, so we called the provided number for emergency maintenance issues and Nathan was in our apartment in few minutes fixing the issue. When the issue recurred, he has managed to send us 2 professionals the second day who really did a great job fixing the issue and ensuring that all other non reported issues are fixed as well! The space is spacious with a balcony which my family love to have. Neighbours are quiet and responsible. It is a walking distance from couple of shopping centres. The downsides are difficulty getting a viewing at the first instance as we needed to send couples of emails and leave phone messages (understood that it is very busy for the team who need to be out of office a lot), so would suggest if someone would like to view to go to the main office directly to arrange viewing if possible. There is a railways nearby and the trains are passing frequently with loud noise but my kids love this and it doesn't disturb us. The main bus stops are a 10-13 minutes walk, although there is a bus stop at the building exit which will connect you to the main buses stops. Happy with the move and thank you for the thoughtful touches in this beautiful building.
Negative experience: Do not bother looking into any properties under Patry Inc. I was a tenant for years and our property consistently had issues with heating, insulation, repair/maintenance and leaking/water damage. The property was hardly maintained and maintenance was nearly impossible to get ahold. Not only maintenance but the front office - even when you do get ahold of them, it's often impossible to get any answers or be forwarded to anyone helpful. Our appliances would stop working and it would take weeks to be repaired, such as our dryer that was not working in the winter months. The ceilings would leak in random areas despite not being on the top floor. Their employe turnover is extremely high, I'd be communicating with someone and out of the blue they would stop responding and it would take weeks to get in contact with someone else. We didn't receive our deposits back ($200/EACH) for months and had genuinely such a poor experience.
Fantastic experience: Patry Developments and in specific Kaitie has been nothing short of great in making the move from residence into our student house for my housemates and I go super smooth. They offer a great maintenance team and top end accommodations. Kaitie has been super proactive and diligent to make everything go smoothly. She also goes above and beyond to build a sense of community within all houses under Patry by hosting many events that build an inclusive environment.
Fantastic experience: Patry Management Team and Maintenance Team (Jason) did a notable job with my unit repair request(s). Each time I need repairs or improvements, they act and fix the problem quickly. Great job.
Fantastic experience: I have a very good experience with the building. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and responsible. They take good care of the residents and their needs. Especially Keitha and Brenda, who are always there to help and assist with anything. I have been living for 2 years at this building and not planning to move out soon.

Fantastic experience: Katie has been amazing throughout the entire leasing and move in process! She was extremely friendly and informative during the tour of the property, she was quick to respond to my many questions about the lease, parking, or just general inquiries! Upon move in we had some maintenance issues that needed resolved and a quick text to Katie had someone in our unit in a couple of days to fix the issues upon move in. All in all, she has been friendly and quick to help in any scenario!
Negative experience: Patry Inc Developments are the developers of Haven Towers located in Ottawa, ON. I signed a lease with Haven Towers in September 2022 for a December 1st move in. It is now May and the building is still in shambles and unfinished. The long list of my issues are with Haven Towers and not Patry Inc. HOWEVER, when I stated I want my lease to be terminated and for my rent deposit to be refunded, the leasing agent said the exact sentence of “He has already refunded approximately 30-40 units. He is running out of money”. I demanded to know who HE was and that is when I was informed that Patry Inc Development is responsible for Haven Towers. According to leasing, my N11 and rent deposit has to come from Patry Inc who are not wanting to do so. I found the owner and directors e-mails asking them to look into the issue but no resolution so far. Many breaches of contract have been conducted by the “landlord” and I am entitled to leave my lease and receive my deposit back. It is not my problem that Patry Inc is “running out of money”. My lawyers are involved and have made contact but I’d like Patry Inc to help me out before this gets too far. If Patry Inc was more willing to help, I’d have no issues with this company
Fantastic experience: I have live here at 847#433 for the past year, the kindness and attention that Brenda has shown me has made my stay a pleasant one , I like how she is so diplomatic in her emails to the residents here. When people leave garbage outside on the sidewalk when it should be in the garbage room, or when dogs relieve themselves in the elevators and their owners never see that! Or a car is parked in the wrong space or it should not be here, Brenda sends the emails gives them warning and says they will be towed, all with kind words to go with the email.Brenda once again helped me out last week I got a handicap permit for me and my car Brenda looked into parking for that issue, I parked in spot for my permit, it was unsuitable for my mobilities, I shared that with her and she found a much for suitable spot for and I am very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Kaitie Chadsey was so great at showing us the apartment. She told us of all new updates for the apartments including new paint and lighting that would be in the renovated unit. She was very assuring and knowledgeable of the building and made us feel at ease to sign the lease as soon as we could. Such a lovely woman!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank a gentleman named Tom; he said I needed weather stripping and put some on for me. I have never met him before but he is kind and courteous. I had missed his phone call and called him back. He called back within 2 minutes "so hopefully this works" he said. I just wanted to let you know Tom seems very efficient at his job. Hard-working people are hard to come by.
Fantastic experience: Creekside is a lovely building and finishings in apartments are current. Great staff representing Patry Inc Office-Brenda and Kaitie always pleasant and helpful! Building-Keitha works tirelessly keeping things in shape and always friendly Also when Teresa was working during completion of the building she was another great employee.
Fantastic experience: We called Sunday with no heat, within an hour Jason arrived to check it out and left us some portable heaters until they could fix it. Tuesday morning Sean arrived and got it back up and running for us quickly. Thanks Jason, Sean and Brenda for the fast responses!
Fantastic experience: My roommates and I have really enjoyed living in our unit. The Patry Inc website makes it easy and accessible to submit maintenance requests when needed. Our leasing coordinator, Kaitie, has been especially helpful with communication and ensuring we're happy with everything surrounding our rental!
Fantastic experience: I have lived here going into my 3rd year. In the past year there has been a marked improvements with up keep and maintenance response. Since Jason has been apart of maintenance, things get done. Any work order I've put in he has taken care of. Currently there is a challenging issue where he has been meticulous and diligent in investigating where the problem lies. I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the improvements.
Negative experience: My roommate and I have been dealing with cockroaches in our unit for 5+ months. Patry finally got pest control to come after 4 months of us being persistent, and only got things moving after we told them we would contact the landlord and tenant board. It's been incredibly stressful and frustrating having to deal with this management team. I haven't been able to comfortably use the kitchen for the majority of my lease, and Patry has not compensated me for this situation. It's clear to me that they don't care about their tenants' health or wellbeing.
Fantastic experience: I have been living here for the past two years and there has been a significant improvement in management and daily needs within the past couple of months. Since Kaitie has joined the team it has been easy and fast communication when there has been a problem, and this definitely influenced my housemates and I to resign our lease for another year. I hope this management stays and continues to improve for the student's wellbeing as I continue living under Patry properties, but it is evident Kaitie has influenced this student support in many positive ways!

Fantastic experience: I have lived in a house under Patry Inc for two years now and there has been an incredible difference in my experience within the last year that Kaitie became my leasing coordinator. Previously to Kaitie it would take a lot of emails and calls to acquire help. However, she always responds super fast when my housemates and I email about a problem or question! My experience within the last year encouraged me to resign under Patry Inc. for another year!
Fantastic experience: Oh. My. Gosh. Words cannot describe my experience with Patry these past few months but I will try my best. Kaitie is my leasing agent and from the moment I met her I knew she would be a big help for me and my roommates. She helped us find an amazing apartment that was in budget and close to the Queen's Campus. Everything from there on was smooth sailing when it came to deposits, showings, and preparing for move-in. I've recommended Patry Kingston to anyone I've met who is still looking for a place to live next year and I will continue to do that as I have no complaints for the company and the people working within it!
Fantastic experience: My wife and I continue to be impressed with the way Patry Inc management and administration staff deal with it's tenants. We are always treated with respect and friendliness when discussing or requesting assistance. Most recently, Brenda Eggleston came through for us in a very understanding and professional manner, when our life circumstances changed and we needed an accessible parking spot. it only took a few weeks and Brenda came through for us, even though no more accessible spots at our building were available. She was able to get a regular spot, right next to our entrance and beside the regular accessible marked ones. Negative experience: Patry has been informed of a leak in our ceiling for several months (more than 7 outbound messages to their customer experience coordinator) and we still have yet to be told that they are fixing the issue. Patry has also been made aware of squirrels in our ceiling and walls, they called-in an exterminator but didn’t fix the root cause of both aforementioned issues: a whole in our roof. The company loves to slap a band aid on maintenance issues with no foresight as to how they can keep their properties in working condition long-term.
Fantastic experience: Had a plumbing emergency and needed to call after hours maintenance. Sean and Nathan came by quite quickly with all the necessary tools and worked hard to fix the issue - and they did! Very very pleased with their work, they were kind and easy going and even fixed a couple other issues without us even asking!! Would definitely trust them with any other maintenance issues we may have!
Positive experience: I have been residing in one of the apartment buildings PatryInc owns since early 2014 and the service was terrible, but the new maintenance team is great, especially Jason (as I interact with him the most). Brenda has been very supportive and certainly managing her team well. They are taking baby steps and I hope they continue to maintain the service level they are providing recently, much appreciated!

As her sister, I found it necessary due to her illness, to communicate with Brenda Eggleston and Jason regarding maintenance issues in my sister’s apartment. Positive experience: Overall, we do get what we pay for. We have some of the lowest rent around here and a decent walk to campus. Although, with that comes the downsides. The biggest issue we have is that patry is horrible with maintenance requests. I’ve lived with patry for 4 years now and I think we’ve gotten an actual fix once. Usually, they tell you to put in a request and then they come out a temporary fix in that breaks again a few days later. Once I called the emergency line because I was literally locked out at night because the lock stopped working and they said it wasn’t really considered an emergency maintenance request (since it doesn’t hinder them at all). We’ve also had leaks causing water damage in both our bathrooms this past month, one of which they haven’t even looked at yet. Although the maintenance is quite bad, our unit specifically is almost made worth it due to the very cheap rent, free in-unit laundry and paid utilities. Katie also has made our renting experience MUCH nicer as she’s always checking in and advocating for us! For student living, it could definitely be worse.
Positive experience: Quality of unit is decent for student housing. Main issues come from a lack of communication from management and ignored maintenance requests. Kaitie has been very helpful with solving these issues and is a great advocate for student needs.
Fantastic experience: I just moved in to 810 Apt308 Blackburn Mews. I love the apt and so close to everything. There were a few things had to be repaired and I want to give a big shout to Jason and Zem. Their work was done professionally and within a few days all completed. some painting,kitchen cabinets fixed,,dish washer fixed. Brenda has been my girl I send her a email and it is looked after. All of these 3 employees are a real asset to your Company. Working in the bank for many years I think it so important to tell employees what a great job they are doing. We all don’t do that enough. Negative experience: The worst building and people I have ever dealt with in my life ..lived In a construction zone for a year and received a 19% increase on our rent others in the building as well one persons was 22%.called them Friday and asked where this $300 has came from no answers the lady on the phone was so rude to me I asked to speak with a manager and she said she will let them know but no promises they will return the call. Haven’t called me since.I have had 4 illegal entry’s within the year and the day I was supposed to move in I show up with my belongings to find out it failed an inspection and they didn’t even offer to put me in a hotel until it was ready ..2 weeks later I was able to move in no compensation .they say this is “luxury” living but find the tenants Facebook page and you will see everyone’s nightmare. The amount of people I’ve saw leave in the year is unbelievable.Do not waste your time or money on any of his buildings.
Positive experience: It sometimes takes quite a bit of time before someone reacts to a maintenance report, but if you finally happen to welcome Jason at your doorstep, you can feel more than lucky. Absolutely helpful, professional, and friendly. He tries to - and usually does - fix everything that needs to be fixed the same day. His commitment and his "I never give up" attitude are amazing! Just be sure to get your shoes (or other stuff) out of the hall because he arrives with half of the tools that can be found at Home Depot! :-) Thanks a lot, Jason! Best, Robert
Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Kaitie for her assistance during both the showings and the move in process. Kaitie went over and above in assisting me with some of the details with the utilities companies and continues to do so. In addition, communication with Brenda was efficient and timely.
Fantastic experience: Katie was professional from the first email. She responded to us in a timely manner, suggesting a time for a showing that fit our schedule. On the day, she immediately let us know she was running late from another showing. No problem. She understood our needs, such as negotiating an early move-in date, (if possible due to maintenance in the suite) and letting us know she could arrange for help to install our air conditioner for $500. She was friendly, intuitive, and kind. Definitely recommend Katie to anyone!!
