Negative experience: Le chalet était très bien et on a passé un super séjour. Par contre, le jour du checkout, l'employé d'entretien, François, est arrivé à 8h30 et a commencé à faire l'entretien du spa. Pour se rendre au spa, il faut passer devant les fenêtres des chambres ce qui était très désagréable pour nous qui dormions toujours. Le checkout étant à 11h, on a pas pu profiter du spa ce qui a été une source de frustration... Mais le clou du spectacle et ce qui a vraiment gâché l'ambiance, c'est que le dit François a cru bon de mettre un papier sur lequel il était écrit "I stand with ICE" dans la fenêtre de son véhicule. Ayant plusieur immigrants dans notre groupe d'ami, on a vraiment senti que son hostilité était dirigé contre nous. Je rappelle que ICE tue et kidnappe des immigrants légaux en ce moment aux États-Unis... Sa pancarte revient donc à dire qu'il appuie le meurtre d'immigrants. Bref, très déçu d'avoir fait affaire avec cette compagnie. J'espère que des mesures appropriées seront prises.

Negative experience: J'ai été mal logé à lendroit de ma reservation, au début du mois de septembre, on m'a offert une autre chambre dans le même édifice d'où venait le problème- j'ai donc refusé mais j'ai écourté mon séjour car les conditions de salubrité étaient déplorables et depuis je n'ai aucune suivi de ma plainte de la compagnie, aucune suite à mes 3 courriels est et 1 appel téléphonique. Manque de professionnalisme, je trouve.

Negative experience: Un couple et un chien étaient dans notre logement à notre arrivée, la porte n’était apparemment pas barrée et sans code. Nous avons dû faire le ménage car les personnes avaient déjà utilisé la salle de bain, la machine à café. Nous avons dû également nettoyer le sol puisque ce jour là il pleuvait et les personnes avaient marché avec leur chaussures nous avons un bébé qui rampe.. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité toute la nuit car changer le code de l’appartement semblait impossible. Cela fait maintenant trois semaines que nous attendons un dédommagement après au moins 6 appels au service client qui nous assurait un geste commercial sans délai… Très dommage je ne louerais plus via bnb copilot je ne recommande pas. Le logement se situe dans st roch à Québec sous le nom : le Prescott

Positive experience: We were not made aware that there are road construction work done around the building. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue but I needed to park my car somewhere so that I can go to the apartment to get the garage remote. The parking sports in front of the garage door were reserved for EV. At least 2 of the stove burners did not work. The closet bi-fold door was broken and was a pain to close. The AC in the bedrooms seem not to work. My son was complaining that it was too hot at night. The smoke detector in one of the bedrooms was missing. Not that I am a safety freak but I was made to sign a contract that stated that the damage deposit will be kept in full ($400) for any damages made by me. So, they should live to that standard. Just saying... I would have complained about these deficiencies but I was there only for 2 nights and didn't want to waste my time on that. Also, the gym hours were insufficient.

Positive experience: Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Petits points à noter : - 2 plaques sur 4 de la gaziniere ne fonctionnaient pas. - la fan de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. - il n’y avait pas d’huile pour cuisiner. Nous avons dû acheter une bouteille. Mais en conclusion: nous nous reverrions absolument revenir !

Positive experience: Place is in good shape, clean and good location. Felt safer with indoor parking. Have all needed kitchen and dining needs. Just a couple of nuances like one of the stove knobs is deffective. And took a while for the hot water to come on, on first day. As well, there must be an easier way to return the garage door opener after check out. In general, i would recommend this place and will book it again for future travels.

Fantastic experience: I stayed 7 nights at the kameleon with my family and my sister, place was spacious for 4 of us, room was clean and indoor garage was definitely plus we didn't have to deal with snow or wind in January weather of Quebec. This condo is located close to many attractions, and I really appreciate people in Quebec they are so nice and very helpful to people like me have a lot of questions :) I was impressed by how the host was responding to my requests and answering my questions right away or less than an hour, we were communicating by texting. Thank you to the host and people in Quebec!!!!

Positive experience: I rented the "Cottage" at Kaméléon complex for a family visit and it was great! The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfy! All the communications from the host concerning check in, door codes etc... were clear and timely. The only thing I didn't like was that the ventilation system in the bedrooms was loud. If you're the type to like white noise, you will be fine. Despite this small annoyance, we had a wonderful stay.

Negative experience: Nous avions réservé deux mois complet à l'Île d'Orléans via AIRBNB et 2 semaines avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu un message de BnBCopilote mentionnant que l'unité loué a été vendu et que notre réservation était cancellée...mise à part un message de BnbCopilote style ''nous sommes désolés de cet imprévu'' ils n'ont même pas proposés une solution de rechange pour nous, par exemple, nous proposer à titre de compensation un nouveau logement...en gros cela voulait dire organisez-vous autrement avec vos propres moyens! Donc, à deux semaines d'avis, nous nous retrouvions avec aucun endroit de réservé pour les deux prochains mois. Pire, ils ont compliqués mon remboursement en ne respectant pas la politique AIRBNB, ils me demandaient d'annuler la réservation alors que c'étaient eux qui devaient le faire en tant que ''hôte'', car si c'est nous qui avions annulée, il y aurait eu une pénalité financière alors que nous étions victime d'une annulation par l'hôte! Nous avons dû faire des démarches téléphoniques ainsi qu'une plainte formelle avec AIRBNB pour obtenir notre remboursement complet du dépôt de 2019.83$. Quelle mauvaise expérience avec BnBCopilote pour ne pas dire totalement inaceptable!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Le logement était propre, confortable et pratique pour 3 à 4 personnes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les équipes de BNB Copilote sont excellentes. A l'écoute et toutes les instructions sont claires. Nous n'avons eu aucun point négatif à signaler sur cette location.

Fantastic experience: Great location, within walking distance to the old city. The street noise can be a little loud at night, but thats to be expected in any city. Would stay here again if visiting Quebec.

Negative experience: Location aux lofts du théâtre à Québec : Appartement non adéquat pour 4 personnes. Le sofa «lit » ne convenait aucunement à nos deux enfants. Manque de propreté dans la literie. Plusieurs items désuets dans l’appartement surtout l’ascenseur. Manque totale d’insonorisation.

Fantastic experience: Location, location, location! So walkable from the train station where we arrived from Montreal. Bathrooms and bedrooms were delightful. Kitchen & stemware well stocked for our in suite "happy hours" We were a group of 3 couples, and the 3rd bedroom is really more suited for children or teens, as it is small. Otherwise, perfect!

Fantastic experience: Caiman's place was neat and spacious. Location is good if you want to be closer to Old Quebec City. There's also a supermarket just across the street. Big parking at the back of the building with parking tenants. The only thing we had trouble was the wifi. It was pretty slow. Overall, we had a good stay.

Fantastic experience: L'appartement est super bien situé et très agréable / confortable. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui est très pratique pour un séjour avec des enfants (on ne risque pas de déranger les voisins) et dispose d'un stationnement intérieur mais nous avons préféré nous garer à l'extérieur (il y a plusieurs places de disponibles juste en avant de l'appartement). La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente tout au long du séjour de 4 nuits, il a su répondre à mes courriels très rapidement. Il a également été compréhensif lorsque nous avons malencontreusement brisé le flacon de savon à main (que nous avons naturellement remplacé). Malgré un petit pépin avec les draps le jour de notre arrivée, je recommande cet appartement qui est vraiment sympathique, propre, moderne, dans un immeuble propre et bien entretenu.

Negative experience: "Not impressed. Regrettably we had to cancel a booking for two units due to covid related issues. When we advised the host they were dismissive and merely quoted their policy as the deposit was non refundable, they demonstrated absolutely no interest in finding some way to get any value from the deposit amount. We did notice that the deposit included 50% of the cleaning fee, they agreed to make an exception to rebate the amount paid for a service that would not be needed. I have subsequently checked and of the 7 room nights originally booked they have rebooked 5. I have to assume that the property owners did not see any of the 70% of the deposit that would have been replaced with new bookings. These are trying time a little bit of flexibility by BNBcopilote would have gone a long way, instead they looked out for themselves first and foremost"

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent and seamless stay in the co do provided by François. Accommodation was well appointed. I would definitely be staying again during the summer this year and would highly recommend it without hesitation to anyone. You will be pleasently surprised

It was very clean and quiet. Wifi worked very well and the large screen smart TV was loaded with all the streaming options. Having indoor parking and an elevator was also a big plus. It had everything our group of four needed to be comfortable from the well-stocked kitchen, the reliable WIFI, tv and viewing options to the comfortable furniture. The place was beautiful, spacious and everything we expected.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for four the nights in a four bedroom apartment in Kameleon, and it was great. The place matched photos as advertised, it was very comfortable, had everything necessary. Check-in was very easy and Francois made sure we had everything we need.

Fantastic experience: Terrific location in Vieux Quebec. Over night parking on street although during high season, was very easy , seconds from the apartment and inexpensive. The apartment was stylish, very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped . The apartment is on the 3rd floor , with two relatively steep staircases. This being said it’s a perfect warm up and cool down to a full day of browsing, shopping in Old Quebec City , biking in many different directions on bike paths from Old Quebec or Hiking, kayaking which are accessible within 45 minutes by car. Quebec City is a National treasure. Enjoy!!

Fantastic experience: This Airbnb is one of the best I've been in while staying in Quebec City. Very cozy and tastefully decorated. Beds are nice and cozy with comfy firm pillows to sleep on (not weak flimsy like other in other Airbnbs). Every was clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony was amazing to look at during sunrise and sunset. It's on a busy street but on the 5th floor so you don't hear so much noise while you're inside the apartment. We really appreciated the convenience of having a garage parking spot, although if you come with an SUV, it can be a bit tight, but manageable. Location was great for us! Close to the hospital (purpose for our stay) and Old port. Many great restaurants walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Quebec City.

Fantastic experience: What a great area! The condo is a block from a St Jean street which has many restaurants and take out places as well as grocery stores, etc... A 10 minute walk down the road brings you to the old city so you don’t need to do manage a car which is great. Very stylish decor. A great rent!
