Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I had a referral for Matilda whom was very grateful and appreciative for the introduction. What set Matilda apart was her honesty and commitment to her client’s best interests. She was NOT looking for a quick sale. Rather than pushing her to look at places or make a purchase, Matilda actually advised her NOT to buy and to keep renting. A few days later this referral met with another agent and this agent was pushing her to buy a condo, went so far as saying “we’re going to put an offer in on it”, told her it would appreciate by $200,000 over the next 3 years and continued to call her despite her hesitations. Because she felt so comfortable with Matilda after that one call, she called Matilda back to discuss what this new agent was doing. Fantastic experience: The first things that struck me about Matilda were her knowledge, experience, energy and sincerity. Having worked with realtors in the past where I didn't feel I received proper service, I would gladly refer Matilda knowing her clients' best results come first. Truly, highly recommended. Negative experience: By far the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. I was going to view a property that she was managing, she sent her husband. I let the husband know I’m running a few minutes behind, and by few minutes I mean literally 6-7 minutes as I was in the area, he calls me and shows me so much attitude and just took his anger out on me. I told him that I am 2 mins away on the same street driving towards the building and he told me to book with another agent. The appointment was for 7 PM, I was outside the building at 7:06 with notice that I was running late. Horrible experience. Very rude and impatient!

Fantastic experience: Working with Matilda to find a house was really an enjoyable experience. She has a wealth of experience and not only listens to what clients want, but also really takes the time to help clients really understand their options. We were somewhat sceptical that we could find something we liked, in our price range, in the month and a half before our "decent" mortgage offer expired. However, Matilda was able to really zero-in on our explicit and implicit needs and was constantly on the look out for options. Almost every house we saw was one we could see ourselves living in - and she was quick to look out for us and reject places with problems we never even noticed (such as potential construction next door, ticking time bomb maintenance issues, etc). Somehow she finds the balance of being incredibly efficient without putting any pressure on her clients. TLDR: If you are looking to buy (or sell) real estate on the west side of Toronto, I strongly recommend you do yourself a favour and get Matilda on your side!

Fantastic experience: I recently listed my home of nearly 27 years with Matilda Nestoroska and to say that my experience with her as an agent was outstanding, would be an understatement. I first met with Matilda to discuss the transaction about 4-5 months ago and she reviewed all of the details relative to the transaction along with listings in the area with me.
