Fantastic experience: Committed and very faithful

Negative experience: We had reserved an 30 night accommodation rental through Mayar Jindy for a corporate client of ours who was relocating to the area. We had confirmed with Mayar that the booking was moving forward and provided all of our clients' details including their name/arrival time and pricing that was agreed upon and connected her with our accounting team to setup payment details. The following day (at end of day) I receive a phone call from Mayar advising that the she decided to rent out the property she had been holding for our client because she found someone who would move in right away and was paying a higher rate (even though she was the one who provided us the original rate and said she was eager to work with our Company) Working in the corporate housing for over 15 years; I have never seen such blatant unprofessionalism and a money-comes first attitude from any company I have ever worked with. Any one who is looking for short term rental accommodation (from a corporate relocation perspective) please beware of this company/team. Nothing is confirmed with them unless they have money in their hands.
