Fantastic experience: I was referred to Will by a colleague of mine as I had a very ambitious goal in a very tricky real estate market. My dream home had gone up for sale and Will helped me close on an amazing price with great condtions that worked out perfectly for me. That was the easy part. The crux was selling my condo in a very cold market. I had 90 days to sell my condo and with hours to spare Will pushed through with a deal that let me feel secure about my new purchase! He was very patient, very calming and helped me out tremendously by setting expectations and preparing me for a very long three months. Needless to say, I hope I never have to buy or sell real estate again but if I do, I'll look to Will for support.
