Fantastic experience: I have worked with many agents and sold a few properties in my time from full service to selling private. I can say my experience with Sam was beyond reproach. Sam not only got us a price well above asking in February but ensured the deal closed as the market took a turn to the downside. Moving can be such a daunting, complicated and stressful process and I couldn’t have found a better person to guide me through it all. Niki, from day one, took me through every step to get my house ready to sell. Originally I was looking at a long period to prepare my place but decided to speed up my timeline by 6 months. My house was a bit of an older place and needed some work to spruce it up. Niki swung into action right away and helped me find various services on such short notice and got me unbelievable prices to get my house ready to be put on the market. Negative experience: My experience is really bad We saw a house which was listed 2 days ago and we really liked the house We saw the house on Sunday and Monday and we decided to put an offer , when our real estate called the real estate selling the house to ask some questions before putting the offer she told her sorry the house is already sold yesterday morning but I did not know that as the offer went to another person in the team This is really unprofessional and unethical as she let us and many other people go to see the house Which is already sold the house was sold Monday morning and we saw it Monday afternoon so she let us go for showing for a house which is already sold She also knew from the first day that we are interested in the house and she didn’t notify our real estate that she has another offer It is The first time to see unprofessional behaviour like this and it is really was not expected from a well known real estate team like this team

Due to the massive workload at the hospital during COVID I had little time to be able to keep up with the sale and making sure all of the details were dealt with.
