Negative experience: ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience I had an appointment scheduled with Tonya Koch to come view our house and discuss what she could do to help us sell it. We were hopeful that she might be able to offer some guidance and assistance, as selling our house has been a long and frustrating process. Unfortunately, Tonya never showed up for the appointment. There was no phone call, no text, no email, and absolutely no explanation or communication whatsoever. I understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but basic professional courtesy means letting people know if you can’t make an appointment. Our time matters too, and leaving us waiting with no explanation was extremely disappointing. First impressions matter, and this experience was very unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I would have a hard time recommending her to others.

Fantastic experience: We sold our home with Mike Bedioui in late 2024 after a referral from our mortgage specialist. We had met with other real estate agents but they never felt like the right fit. We felt so positive about our meeting with Mike that we pretty much made the decision immediately to work with he and his team at Ridge Realty Group. It was one of the best decisions that we made. Fantastic experience: Working with Cory Pavone was a great experience! He was very patient, great listener, and great with our kids (who would time from time come with us to look at homes). He is very friendly and down to earth. He showed us many different style homes to get an idea as to what it is we were looking for. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Mike Bedioui, there was a sense of genuine care and responsibility when we first got together to go through my potential investment plan.
