Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer the idea of searching for a home was completely overwhelming. I will openly admit that I knew very little about what is involved. Fantastic experience: A few years back, Greg helped us sell our house in 2 days for thousands of dollars above asking. He took the time to understand the real value of our home, brought in experts to stage and clean the house and strategically listed the home to get the most attention. Sure enough within 2 hours we had multiple showings booked and solid offers to choose from. His selling system is so effective that we didn't even have to host an open house! At the same time, Greg guided us through the purchase of a new home in our area. He negotiated the best terms of purchase and made the transaction smooth.
