Negative experience: Made a first appointment for 7pm with a realtor and he didn't show up and didn't call to say he was late and the location was locked. They don't seem to want to assist their potential clients. There were no other calls after to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: We listed our house with the Bush team after considering a couple of other realtors. David Hamm took the lead for the group, taking the pictures and writing the advertisement that had the house sold on the first open house. This was a rental property for us and he had to deal with our tenants which he did with tact and consideration. All-in-all, it was a good experience.
