Negative experience: Danny and team had an open house at Port moody on June 28, 2025. We met Don who was representing Danny Claudio team. Worse experience ever. You can tell the guy hates people of colour as he was answering all the questions very rudely. Even if I have all the money in the world I will never work with people like Don. I didn't realize what he was doing to me till my wife said he doesn't like you and we should leave.

Negative experience: Danny and his assistant wife were super unprofessional. I purchased house from them, they failed to deliver the message to the client. He don’t answer the call. His wife called back with no knowledge for real estate information. Hang up me . Their client cannot delivered full set of keys . Left the garage in the garage and take micwave and fridage. He told my agent to sue him. They don’t deal with it. They just take commission without working to client . They have very cheap client and their cheap service.
