No one is better in the industry in the GVRD with investment Real Estate. Kelly runs an informative no BS sales process with a smile. Negative experience: This was the single worst experience dealing with a selling realtor that I've ever had. Kelly's team took weeks to respond, couldn't deliver 2019 financials, refused to entertain an extension so we could obtain CMHC financing, and threatened to keep our deposit even though we released the contract well within our legal time limit.

Negative experience: Only dealt with Kelly needs were unmet and incredibly frustrating. Un-accommodating and unwilling to show us the place a second time before signing a lease. Very frustrating as she didn't want to show the place again and threatened to cancel the lease. Very unhappy.
