Cheema Real Estate Group | Surrey & Langley Real Estate

Negative experience: Our experience with Mr. PJ Cheema was very disappointing and caused a significant amount of unnecessary stress. We decided to work with him again because he acknowledged issues from our previous transaction and asked for another opportunity. Unfortunately, the same concerns arose. Certain discounts and cost savings that were discussed did not materialize, similar to our prior experience. We were also given information during the transaction that we later learned was not fully accurate, which created confusion and made the process more difficult. Real estate transactions are stressful enough, and we were hoping for having someone who makes the process smooth and easy, but unfortunately , that was not our experience. Based on our personal experience, we would not work with this realtor again and would not recommend his services to others.

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to Canada from the UK, we knew very little about the housing market or it’s trends. We were looking to view properties with the intention to purchase, whilst looking for a realtor we came across The Cheema Group based in Surrey. I called PJ Cheema and informed him of our price point and area taking into consideration future schools for our children, along with excellent infrastructure throughout the area with easy excess to major highways and transport. Within a few days PJ found us a few properties that suited our criteria and arranged for viewings. Throughout the houses we viewed PJ had good knowledge of the market, acted professionally and politely at all times with outstanding communication skills and was extremely patient through the whole process. I can honestly say PJ went above and beyond in order to find us a house we loved. We ended up purchasing a beautiful home through PJ and was very happy with the service he provided. From start to finish he made the transition as smooth as possible, making sure our home was exactly what we were looking for. Anyone looking to buy or sell should look no further than the PJ group who we can highly recommend and will always refer. Thank you PJ for all your help and finding us a home

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with PJ. He had transacted for 4 properties during last 5years, every time he never made strong demand on me for transaction and his request. He also quickly provide me with all the information which I needed to make a decision. And he continue to maintain relationship with his valued customer.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with PJ! He has extensive knowledge of real estate and always provided us with quick detailed information. He also gave us insights into the pros and cons of purchasing the property in certain locations. He is courteous, friendly, down to earth, understanding, patient, calm, organized and genuinely helpful. He would respond to our requests immediately and worked tirelessly on our offer through Diwali - late into the night. We are on Vancouver Island and he recommended we do a walk through of the property with him so he made the time and effort to come all the way from the mainland. He performed a long and thorough inspection-looking for signs of potential problems, commenting on the quality of construction and location/neighbourhood. He also advised preventive measures to take in maintaining the house. It was like he was purchasing his own house. PJ cares! We have worked with a few realtors and none of them offered a personal touch like PJ who showed he cared about our needs- he was very proactive and guided us through the next steps. We always turned to him for recommendations /advice and assistance with other services related to our purchase which saved a lot of time and caused less stress. We highly recommend him.

We never felt forced to make an offer, when we finally found the "one" and he walked us through the entire process, was extremely responsive every step of the way, and worked extremely hard to get us into a great house, especially in a tough market for buyers. We thank PJ for that every day! We were impressed with his professionalism and genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!
