Negative experience: Don't trust these guys.my recent deal done by jas to buy a house and they sold stuff after we locked the deal without informing us and now he has no answer to justify that cheating .please hire professional realtor not these new comers

Negative experience: Very disappointed with how maintenance issues are handled. Our in-unit washer stopped working and it took over a week to arrange a replacement, leaving our family without a working laundry machine for days. Despite the appliance being included in the tenancy, there was no sense of urgency, and no compensation or consideration was provided for the inconvenience. There was no temporary solution, no rent reduction, and no reimbursement offered during this time. Communication felt reactive rather than proactive. This experience caused unnecessary stress, especially for a household with children. Would not recommend based on how essential repairs are managed.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Dhruv Gupta. He came highly recommended by my friend who also bought condo through him. Dhruv was not just professional in all the aspect of condo buying but also very honest on recommending the condo to go for. I would say I did not have that feeling with my previous agent who was definitely professional but quite indifferent in offers opinion in buying decision. Negative experience: Randy Kalcut has been constantly sending personalized marketing content to myself when I have no intention working with him nor did I know who he is... His messages includes my full name and he had tried to call me multiple times etc. This is beyond frustrating. So I complained to his direct manager-Nat Dhaliwal. The best part is after my 2nd yr trying to complain, I have threaten to complain via consumer protection. After Mr. Dhaliwal has asked me to repeat the body I'm about to complain - consumer protection. He responded with "that's fine" in a dismissing tone of voice. I have taken it back because it's so obvious he doesn't care. Then mr. Dhaliwal went on explaining he cannot stop me from voicing my concern. Don't work with them... I haven't even tried and I'm already frustrated. They have shown no respect for personal information and I'm putting their name out here as my return of favor

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever been in from a customer perspective who wanted to sell his home. Parm Jawanda is a manipulative person who will at all means make the most money for himself, even if that means giving false information to the home buyers. Highly recommend you do your research on this firm before signing any contracts.
