Fantastic experience: We listed our home in Sunshine Hills with Janet in July 2017. We knew that she knows this area best. She was very pleasant to deal with. Very professional with a calming personality. She listened to our concerns, and explained everything. We were watching the market for 2 years before we decided to sell and saw most of the listings in this area. I came to a (subjective) conclusion that some realtors set the asking price lower than necessary to make a easier/quicker deal. That did not apply to her, and we greatly appreciated that. Fantastic experience: What stood out for us is Janet's professionalism and presentation. In the initial meeting we were given a comprehensive real estate overview our neighbourhood, along with the full offer of staging, moving help via Frogbox, and a binder of tips/suggestions/advice that was invaluable for our first sale. Unlike other realtors she didn't assume anything and waited for us to ask any pertinent questions. Even better she works with a team that can assist showings and translate for others, easing our concerns about targeting all potential buyers.
