Fantastic experience: My condo sold because Sloane made a brilliant video of it and thought to post the video to Tik Tok. The listing expired but the video was still Tik Tokking; someone saw it and made an offer. That's effective marketing. I then moved across the country, forgetting my sourdough starter in the fridge at the condo. Sloane retrieved the starter, mailed it to me, and I was able continue making bread. That's client care. I explained the history of the starter to some dinner guests, "You must have a wonderful real estate agent" one said. I wholeheartedly agreed.

Fantastic experience: When we started looking for a condo in the area, we started by attending open houses. At one of them, we met Sloane Geofroy. Sloane was great to work with and after identifying what we were looking for, was able to send us the condos that matched our needs. Fantastic experience: Sloane was the sole reason we got such a great price on our new property - we had already done a viewing but it was priced out of our budget, so we didn't even attempt an offer. She reached out immediately when the price was reduced, and we went for a second viewing. Due to her putting it back on our radar in such a timely fashion and negotiating a quick closing, we were able to get into a really great home for at least 50k less than comparables. We worked with Kayla prior (2021), but realized pricing was unrealistic at the time, so decided to wait. Kayla did an excellent job keeping us in the loop on home prices in our target area of Hamilton. We viewed some houses in 2023 as well with Sloane, but still anticipated a drop in pricing, so decided to wait once again. They were very patient with us and made the whole process very easy.

Fantastic experience: Our purchase was quite spontaneous and I was a first time home buyer so I really had zero knowledge about buying a home.
