Fantastic experience: Jamie and his team sold my house in 2 weeks! I was looking for a specific kind of realtor, and I expected to have to interview several. Jamie was the first one I interviewed and I found what I was looking for. I was on a 6 month + plan, with the idea of putting my house on the market in February/March. Jamie began planning immediately, by sending out the photographer in order to have non-snow-covered exterior photos. His plan was to send in a stager, but in the interim, he gave me tons of great suggestions. As it turned out, circumstances dictated that my house go on the market in early January, so there was no time to get the stager in. Negative experience: Stay away from Jamie Szeibert.I had an only offer over asking and he used me as to start a bidding war.I came in again but bid just under asking cash offer and he claimed owner came back well over asking.Sounds like a scam and it was to get more money.

He was great at sending us postings of houses that would fit our needs, and we found one.
