Fantastic experience: After watching Andrew’s videos on YouTube, I contacted 3 real estate agents in St Catharines Ontario, Canada with a view to moving from the U.K. to Canada. The only agent who bothered to phone me in the U.K. was Andrew Kulakowsky. He introduced me to his partner, Cindy. The service I received upon arriving in St Catharines was exemplary. Cindy chauffeured me around all day, viewing properties and took me for lunch. Once I found a property, Cindy helped me beyond all expectations with all the difficulties of renting as a U.K. citizen moving to Canada. It was a long, complicated process but she was there every step of the way. A brilliant company offering a great personal service.

Fantastic experience: What to say about buying our first home with Andrew…? Well, there is lots to say! When we first started our house hunting journey we didn’t know anything! We didn’t even know who to use as our real estate agent to have in our corner! We knew someone who had used Andrew so before choosing him we decided to just go for a walk through of a house with him to see how we felt. We knew after that day that he was our guy! Since that first meeting he set up a portal of homes in our price range and location. When we wanted to see a house, he did everything he could to make it work. He was very knowledgeable about the particulars in each home that we may not have noticed right away, or even at all. He got to know us and was very upfront about his feelings for the houses and if it was a right fit for us.
