So we showed up at places and they would nostalgically fall in love with bedrooms and backyards, and I wanted to make them happy. I was all feelings and not rational. So he quickly found us tenants, found us a rental home, so we could temporarily reside in a larger home, in our desired location. Fast forward a year and a half and now has sold both our homes. And helped us find our new home - the perfect home that checked all boxes. Having our homes temporarily as rentals allowed us to maximize profits when we sold - as our tenants paid down our mortgage. Additionally this income helped cover the cost of our rental. A smart investment plan so when we did sell we could sell for the highest amount possible in a more competitive market and had our mortgages paid (on both houses for those 1.5 years) without Jordan’s guidance we wouldn’t have thought to do this. He was knowledgeable and helped me navigate being a first time home buyer, a landlord, a tenant, a buyer again and a seller and now we’re moving into our perfect home.
