Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of working with Christine and Mathieu Locke to sell a house I inherited in Chapel Hill. I was impressed when Christine pulled out the original floor plans for the home, which was built by Minto in the 80’s. Although the house definitely needed some work, both Christine and Matthieu saw the potential and helped connect me with all the resources I needed to give the house a nice new shine and bring it up to market standard a bit more. I had spoken to a few realtors before hand and they all estimated the house was worth anywhere between 650-700k, both Christine and Matthew saw more potential in the home and neighbourhood. Despite the shift in the market and introduction of the HST rebate fore new build, Christine and Matthieu managed to land a sale at 800K, which was well above what I was expecting to get for the house. If you are looking for personal realtor who is passionate about their work and will do everything in their power to get the most out of it, I can’t recommend anyone better than these two.

Fantastic experience: Marcia Nash is my Real Estate agent selling my condominium and she went above and beyond bringing a contractor to renovate my place and supervising the work. Marcia also staged my place at no extra charge. When it came time to put my place up for sale it sold over one Friday and weekend. The pictures the photographer Marcia got did a great job presenting the place so that many people came to view it. We asked $220K and sold at $256.5K with a closing date of July 7th so beyond expectations. I highly recommend Marcia as your Real Estate agent.
