Negative experience: We had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with the owner of this real estate team as the selling realtor on a house we purchased. He was quite responsive right up until we had an accepted offer and then he pretty much dissappeared. Our questions would go unanswered for days and even weeks on end. During our final walk-through of the house before possession we found an issue with the home. They sent someone out to diagnose the issue and suggested some fixes, but then never did anything. Repeated follow-ups from our lawyer, realtor and even ourselves got no response. I don't know if they're just a team of incompetent realtors, if their seller's lawyer was incompetent, or if it was the seller - the lack of communication meant we never found out. We have had great experiences purchasing homes from other realtors, but this team was a real dissappointment.

Every detail was organized and communicated effectively from the first call, to staging, to showing, and all the way through the sale of my home and the process afterwards. For my specific case there was a time sensitive element to it and they were accommodating which helped the process.
