What started as a simple thought about selling our house turned into a sold sign in less than six weeks (and honestly, it would have been even faster if it weren’t for a few unforeseen bumps in the road). Fantastic experience: It was the first time for my wife and I selling our home to buy a bigger one. Our process started off with a realtor that didn’t workout for us. We get referred to Kevin and he made an immediate impact. Messaging his phone while taking a flight, he made sure that he received and responded to our message. He was there the next day with loaded pistols ready to go. Long story short, we had an offer + backup offer that BOTH fell through and he wasted no time to take on more viewers.
