Fantastic experience: LONG overdue, but SO well deserved! Jared Zwicker helped us immensely in a search for a farm in 2020. We are out of province, so this involved scouting multiple properties, and going way above and beyond to educate us on the properties, area, and things to consider etc. While we didn't end up buying, this is not a reflection on Jared. In fact, through all of the ups and downs and countless questions considered, we never questioned that Jared had our back, and our trust.

Fantastic experience: We decided a couple of years ago to consider a move to New Brunswick from Newfoundland to be close to family. We looked casually at properties on realtor.com and were attracted by a link house in Fredericton just by the river. Fantastic experience: We met Dave as the seller’s representative of our new home on the Head Pond. We decided to ask him to dual represent us in the sale of our existing home. As we appreciate, this can be complex and, frankly, it went as smooth as it possibly could have. Within weeks, we sold and purchased with Dave’s (and team) help, in a softening market. There were a couple of miscommunications between us; when emotions related to transactions this big are high, they’re bigger than reality. In hindsight, timelines were so tight to make this purchase and sale happen that it was to be expected. Negative experience: I have worked with quite a few agents throught North America as my husband was military and thus we moved a lot (and bought, sold and rented through agents.) This is the only time I have ever left a negative review for an agent. Mike Lint was either woefully ignorant or dishonest and sold us property he assured us had deeded access to the road, which it does not. After no longer returning our calls (how could he help now anyway?) we have no choice but get lawyers involved to solve this issue. The lawyers have been working on this issue for quite awhile now. I would go with another agent.
