Fantastic experience: Rebecca and her team are the best. I wanted to sell my house one year ago, and it went through a horrible disaster. So, this year, I send a questionare to 12 realators and only a few answered my questions. Then I met two realators that Rebecca and her team showed they are much better by far for selling my house. They redesigned, staged, and provided some new materials to my house that I could not believe that house had that potential. Then they did a perfect photography, and very good video. Fantastic experience: Rebecca and her team provided wonderful support to me as I dealt with selling my sister's house after she was hospitalized and awaiting a nursing home. They gave good advice about updating it for sale, connected me with other local resources (I live in BC), and even identified some value items that should be auctioned off rather than sold informally. Negative experience: We had a disappointing experience working with Hannah Steeves with several key issues: Lack of Disclosure: She recommended a mortgage specialist without informing us of her financial connection to them. We only learned about the kickback after we had committed—something that should have been disclosed up front. Neglect of Inspection Follow-Up: She failed to follow up on items identified during the home inspection. One item was not completed by closing, and when we raised the concern, her response was dismissive—telling us the sellers probably “just forgot” and that we should move on. Key Access Issues: Upon moving in, we discovered we had not been given the keys to the front or side doors. Rather than advocate on our behalf, she simply referred us to someone to rekey the doors—presumably another business partner. We are now stuck paying out of pocket to get keys to our own home and to ensure that no one else can get in. Misrepresentation of Condo Rules: She also provided inaccurate explanations of the condo corporation’s covenants and what is/ is not covered by the maintenance fees. We would have preferred she admit to not knowing.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I wish I would have found her a mth ago when I was here looking for a home, but I got stuck with Royal LePage. They lie. 28*32 garage turn out to be 24*30 200sq meters smaller lot not much but the fact of lying. Everything I was told don’t believe it. Plus she told me it was a great buy but it wasn’t. 10k above price. Oh well. I will be calling you in a week or two. To purchase another home.

Fantastic experience: We used Rebecca’s services to find a house in a very specific area with the condition that the market would most likely support the sale of that house in two years. The company I work for only allows a one week visit to search for a home. Rebecca devote her entire week to us, seeing to other paperwork after hours. There were many homes we walked into that Rebecca immediately identified as problem homes. She did not let us waste any time inspecting homes that would not sell in the future. When we did put an offer on a home, Rebecca worked until late at night with the response to multiple counter offers. Unfortunately in the end, the home in question did not pass the home inspection and we were not able to purchase on that trip. Fantastic experience: I would give her 10 stars if I could. Myexperience with Rebecca Steeves was fantastic. She was fantastic! She got our house sold in one day, on the first showing! WOW! My wife and I first met with her in May and she advised us exactly what we needed to do on getting rid of the clutter and staging the house a certain way for the pictures. So my wife and I went to work, almost a month later, now in June, and getting very nervous as we are going into the market as sellers so late in the game. We have neighbors on our street who had their houses up about two months before us and still haven't sold yet. With her sound advise and expertise she guided us in the right direction in preparation and on how to list our house. And with the market these days, it's not a sellers market.
