Expérience fantastique: Would highly recommend anyone who's looking to rent to go through Tribond! They care about potential renters and what they're looking for in a place to call home. Communication is top notch and even when we had emergencies they were on top of maintenance right away. 10/5 stars because anything lower might as well be an insult.

Expérience négative: I went to view a rental property with high hopes, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I felt that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against by the company during the process. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unacceptable when looking for housing. Dan you talk about people disabilities right in your video on Instagram. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and given a fair opportunity, regardless of their background or personal circumstances. I would not recommend dealing with this company based on my experience.

Expérience négative: Very slow to reply. Sets up appointments, disputes the set time and doesn't show up. A scheduled appointment at 1 pm on Friday, June 27th was not attended or a response made. Potential renter came from a distance, was argued with just before leaving, as to the appointment time until forwarded the email they had sent the renter with the time. Quick to respond, on a weekend, to poor publicity

Expérience positive: Lori was great and professional, although I had horrible sublets who wanted to take advantage of my situation, she remained very impartial. Tribond has great workers. however, breaking the lease was very hard and although I had only one month left on the lease, I still got charged with a penalty and I had to find a replacement.

I found Dan to be very professional and honest. He quickly found us a tenant and handled all of the paperwork very efficiently. His team was responsive to my tenant’s requests for service. The bookkeeping on his side was meticulous and we were always paid our disbursements in a timely fashion. I would recommend Dan and his team at Tribond . While we were away, I didn’t have any concerns about our property.

Expérience négative: Yeah, so if you are trying very hard to find an apartment for yourself and children, because you were left in an untenable situation by your former partner, and only wanted to know what was needed and what would help towards a good reference, guarantor, etc for the application , beware as Patsy automatically assumes you are offering her a bribe, and will have your application destroyed before it even makes it to the owner or to whomever makes the decision of whether you are approved or not. She will give you the most dirty look if she sees you enter their office to hand in the application. Believe me when I say, we dodged a bullet with that apartment. Was told 84 Joseph st was the drug capital of Kingston for trafficking. Then the attempted murder one block away? Yeah, dodgy neighborhood to be sure. We are in a much better apartment building, bright, spacious and most of all safe, with the best possible property management, that treats their tenants with respect, understanding and most of all, don't assume you are trying to set up a bribe when you ask what you can do to help you with a good application. Yeah, Patsy you should take a few lessons from Heron property management staff on how to treat people who are only trying find a place to live. Seriously, get over yourself.

Expérience négative: Dan is a great salesman for their services. The repair crew are vastly UNskilled and overpriced with a $30 gas charge for a 5 minute drive, plus the hourly fee of $55+! Who needs 4 coats of mud on new drywall? They upset tenants and me. Their utility bills bookkeeping was also a nightmare to track. After 6 months they quit (when I didn't want to use their maintenance staff for a job) as Tribond quoted double the price it was done for! So much for the great reviews I read here... Negative star if possible.

Expérience négative: Okay where do I start. These guys took over a building that i was already living in in the summertime. I mentioned to them that the old owner did renos to the unit above me that caused a hole in my bathroom ceiling. I understand that its not their fault however it is now their problem to fix. Over the months and many times to contact themto ask when it will be fixed i kept getting excuse after excuse. As the months went on the ceiling was getting worse to the point where there was a large hole with the chances of it falling down. Not only that, because it was in the bathroom of course black mold was starting to grow. I feared going into the bathroom tobathe my infant daughter. I was so fed up i contacted the city. It took them 6 months to do anything and thats because they were ordered to by the city. We were given a notice to move so they can fix it and strongly decided that we will not be moving back in. Also to add that the common areas of the building(hallways, staircase) were never cleaned in the 6 months since they took over. I will never be renting from them again!

Each time we arrived back from a long trip to find everything in perfect order. In addition, the team handled special requests quickly and efficiently. In summary, we have been very pleased with the services provided by Tribond, and we intend to continue to call Dan the next time we plan to be away from our home for an extended period.

They communicated during the build and Reno process and had frequent check-ins to ensure we were pleased. Tribond also had a construction division. I had them renovate a basement for me a few years back and it was done properly and with efficiencies. Saved me a lot of money. Kingston is in good hands.

Expérience négative: Dan managed my properties for a number of years. The worst experience I've ever had. I moved back to Kingston and my homes are in terrible shape. I had chickens living in one of my homes. He hardly cut the grass the Tennant would get fed up waiting and cut it himself, meanwhile he would charge me for grass cutting sounds a little unhonest. I highly recommend using a competent company. NEVER AGAIN.

Expérience négative: Aside from a smooth move-in and rental process with Tyler, we had mostly bad experiences with Tribond. During our first month, the lights in our kitchen and (very dark) staircase in addition to 2 separate outlets in the kitchen stopped working. It took over 2 weeks to have them fixed, despite it being a VERY simple fix once the electricians arrived. It would sometimes take days to get responses to emails from Dan. We unfortunately had to end our lease early, and during that process I had to point out not one but two overcharges to the previously agreed on fees. After we moved out, we were told we would be reimbursed for our last months rent two weeks later. When I did not receive the reimbursement a month later, I had to reach out and was told that the person I was previously working with was no longer with Tribond. If I hadn't sent them an email, I doubt I would have ever been reimbursed. Overall, Tribond needs to greatly improve their communication with renters.

I had a serious leak in my basement that caused damage to the exterior and interior of my house. I had contractors come take a look and then never return my calls. At my whit’s end, a friend referred Tribond Property Management to me. Within 48 hours, they did the work on my house, that I couldn’t get a contractor to touch for months. And might I add, at a fraction of any other quote I had received. They are truly life savers, and ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend!
