Expérience négative: Ms. M will agree and be affirmative that 'tenants' are not their clients (or a relevant stakeholder in their property management business). This is how she (and her team) don't feel a thing when they treat tenants badly, or keep them on "hook", waste their time and insensitively withdraw. "Treat the world the way you would like to be treated." A tough lesson if someone can teach this team. If you're a tenant and find this company on Google, just be considerate, they may explicitly treat "badly", "insensitive" to your timelines and expectations. The biggest validation of the above review will be in their reply to this. They might not reply to this review or give another diplomatic, insensitive reply, whereas they know me, have my contact information and can speak with me. But I doubt they will speak and try to sort this. They are insensitive, for sure, to the tenants' expectations, and requirements, even the tenant is willing to agree to their every term. The tenant didn't even ask for a rent reduction. Initially Ms. M was so "DESPERATE" to take an application for me that she PROACTIVELY offered some rent discount to me!! Where were your client (property owner's) "best interest" when you PROACTIVELY offered me a discount!! I believe you're RACIST too, otherwise you would have offered me your other property (1br) which was my PRIMARY requirement, for which I requested a viewing. You just pushed this 2br property to me, because of your selfish interest!! Learn to be humanly sensitive, Ms. M!!!! Treat the world the way you would like to be treated. Such an insensitive, person Ms. M is!!

Expérience négative: Worst property management company out there. My number One stipulation for finding a rental unit for work was that it be quiet. Not only was it not quiet constant noise from other tenants but misinformation as for parking stalls storage lockers drove me to break my lease after several emails to compass property management complaining of the noise. The manager of Compass refused to reach return my phone calls and even imposed a $1500 penalty on me for breaking the least when they were unable to curb the noise. The total move cost me over $4000 out of pocket and compass property management totally took advantage of me. Please look elsewhere for your rental requirements and avoid this company. They are only out for themselves and do not respect their clients. Co workers have since informed me they had bad experiences also.

She communicated key issues when they needed to be and otherwise managed her responsibilities with minimal intrusion in our lives.
